My husband and I have recently seperated and when I called to drop him from my insurance they said I have to have documentation of a legal seperation. When I went to the courthouse to ask what I needed to do, of course they told me they could not give out legal information and to contact an attorney. If I am going to have to pay an attorney to get a seperation I might as well just go ahead and get a divorce. I know that you can file for a divorce on your own for $100.00 but I am not sure how to get the forms and what to do afterwards.

OK so he made a mistake, doesn't everyone. Isn't walking away the easy way out. I mean come on: "for better or worse" isn't that what the vows say. So why do I feel like I am the only one out there who thinks I am making the right choice and working things out with my husband?

She is 36, divorced, 2 kids, a christian. He is single, 25 & a muslim. They are both of different races. She is Asian. They love each other madly, He wants to commit, but he is a little gun shy because he revolves around a conservative society and they definitely will disapprove. Should they go for it or just forget about each other and stay friends?

A female friend of mine feels extremely guilty for something she has done a little over two years ago. She wants to tell her husband but it could mean the end of their ten year happy marriage. It has nothing to do with infidelity, but it is definitely something I consider serious. Should I counsel her to keep this information to herself, or tell her to speak out, even if it means to the end of her marital bliss?

I'm a married man with a good wife, and children. I also have a very good friend of the opposite sex that untill recently was innocent enought. Though nothing has happened yet, an event recently caused our friendship to change (we came very close to making a trip to her bedroom). I backed away for the sake of my wife, children, and her husband. but now were trying to figure out how to salvage our friendship. I'm at a loss but she came up with the idea to go ahead with where we were headed to remove the tension and go from there. I will admit that I'm very interested but don't think it will solve anything and will only cause the situation get worse, besides that, what it would do to my wife or her husband if they ever found out. Any ideas on how to solve this would be appricated. I don't really want to give her up as a friend, as we are very close, but I'm affraid that nothing I do will change these new feelings we have.

She would like to go out with you again, and she understands this weekend is her weekend to pay (an agreement that have to many details to explain) so instead she invites you to her place for dinner.

Also what would you think if after dinner she told you that a show both of you wanted to watch was only recorded on her DVR in her bedroom because she was going to watch it one night by herself when she had some free time, but it was a show you wanted to now see as well, and she actually invited you up to her room to watch it.

Would you think she had this whole night planned out to have sex with you or is this the way the series of events played out, and guys would you think she was easy if this was just your 2nd date in a month but you talk to each other everyday.

My fiance' and I have been knowing each other for four years. When we first met we were friends for about 3 months and then decided to start a relationship. Well, it didn't work. Two years later we met again and decided to give it another try. I'm a virgin and he's not. But he hasn't been sexual active in 5 years. Well, it's been a whole year now that we've been together and we are to marry in two months. We have never had sex, because he says that he respects me so much, that he wants to wait until we're married to be intimate. He also said that he prayed to God for someone like me and that he would have to make a sacrifice himself if what he wanted was me. "I hope you understand that". When we are together we hug, kiss, and play around but we've never crossed the line, and I very much so respect him for that. I don't think that he would ever cheat on me. But, you know when you are a virgin and your mate's not and he's willing to wait... it's like is this really true? Should I worry?

He lies about just about anything he thinks may upset me. But what he doesnt realize is, when I find out, (which i always do...) I am way more upset. How do I get it thru his head that he must be truthful with me or I will never be able to trust him... therefore cannot be with him

I am so in love with this man.. We are about to get married... we have a baby on the way.. I really don't want to leave him.. It's not a choice to me. I don't believe he is cheating on me, but if I did have concerns, why would I believe anything he says?

Any women or men out there that can give me advice on what I should do? I have confronted him so many times with lies that he is telling me, and he always says I try to be truthful and it's hard... He says that he is afraid i won't love him anymore... this is when we are talking about things of his past.. Which I understand is his past, but I want to know all of him, not just the good stuff he thinks i should know...

ADVICE? :-\

We have been together for 6 years, engaged 3. We share a 3 year old child. 3 months ago I found out he was having a long distance telephone relationship with another female that was going on for 10 months, when I found out. He ended that. Last week I found out he has been talking online with someone else for about a month, only 2 months after he got caught for the 1st infidelity. I have been so fed up with his lies and now I can't trust him. I told him it was over for the first time, I gave him a chance the first time he got caught it was worse then. He went out and got my name tatooed on his arm to prove his love for me. He has not had intercourse, but I know it does not excuse his actions. I am hurt- but I do love him, we have invested 6 years into this relationship. What should I do. Please comments from men encouraged.

In a 6mo period - you end your 28 year marriage finally after 2yrs of waiting, you hurt your back, lost your job and now have to move out of the house because it's going to ex - even though it is of your own free will, you meet and fall head over heals for a great gal but your two children (grown and on their own) are having issues not only with the way their Mother left them too, but that you have someone new in your life and it seems to be moving fast. Now the girlfriend says to you that your depression and uncertainty about absoutely everything were making her insecure & unhappy in the relationship so she feels she needs time to regroup herself and give you some space to work on things, but that once things were more resolved in your own life, she wanted to try again and see if there were still a chance for a future - If this were you - would you go back to her and give her a chance or would you simply cope and never speak to her again feeling abandoned in your time of need?

We have been together for two years now and we have a child together and are getting married this year. Lately he has an attitude with me over nothing. And says sometimes he feels hate for me but others says he loves me. I don't know what to do to change this, he wasn't always like this. Just for about 3 months now. Anyone been through this before? Why? What is wrong? I have tried talking to him and get nowhere.

I know that in a custody battle the mother may not be able to move to another state from the father unless he has no problems with it and they come to an agreement or unless the mother has agood reason in wich the judge may allow her to move but is it legal to make a mother live in the same COUNTY as the father of the child specially if he use to beat on the mother.I don't see why the mother would have to live in the same county as long as she is in the same state! If anyone as any answers or know where I can get this info from please let me know.THANK YOU!!

I was sick on Easter, so I was not able to go with my husband to my in-laws. They had a big chocolate bunny and ate most of it, but decided to save the head of it for me.

Have you ever received such a present?

They weren't trying to be funny; they wanted to share Easter with me somehow, I guess this was their way!
