Yes, as long as the 19 year old man is mature and is actually looking for a serious relationship that may very well end up in marrige. Before continuing any further, it needs to be discussed throughly whether that's what they actually want out of the relationship. Also, please take under consideration, his education, his maturity level, his friends, and parents. If no major issues can be found regarding those matters, I think it's perfectly fine for the relationship to continue, possibly leading to marrige.

No, not at this age. At nineTEEN, he has a long way to go yet. He has to do his post-secondary education, get out into the working world and make something of himself. He has a long way to becoming a man.
However, a 25 year old woman should be well on her way in her career, and should be looking forward onto BETTER things. Women are also two years more mature than men, so it's as though you were 27 to his 19. Sick, isn't it. He's just a baby, leave him alone.

It's not about the age here as there isn't a huge difference. What beats the odds for a lasting relationship and/or marriage are things like levels of maturity, sharing of goals and expectations, career interests, kids...how many?. These are the important issues.

I know of one very happy couple where the woman is 7 years older than the man and they've been together 14 years so far.
