So essentially, he'd be inclined to stop so long as it's painless! Sounds like me! Then I found the hunt manufacturer. I began on the best which is #3. Then when I was once secure with smoking that stage, I switched to #2. I smoked these for a whilst and switched to #1. I began in October of 2005, and my first entirely smoke-free day was once January 1st, 2006!! I might smoked Kools, Marlboro Menthol, gads... Camels! All that harsh stuff in view that I was 14... I used to be 39 once I quit. I smoked a percent and a 1/2 a day. It was once handy as pie!

Since fine Cuban cigars are out as a gift, why not go through his closet and see if he has any favorite outfits that still have a ciggy-stink to them. Then get him a brand new replacement for them so he can smell 100% smoke free.

Just say congratulations, I know people that quitt smoking make a huge effort but you shouldn´t give him a gift or something like that, you don´t need to make a big party or buy him something, because that´s a disgusting habit that people shouldn´t have, if he stopped with that I would just say congratulations you had quitt smoking for a year, keep it like that and that´s it.

go together and make a donation to a cancer treatment centres or something like that.let him see what he gained from stopping smoking and get him a present something like a gym coupon or anything he usually wanted to have or do but he wasnt able to coz he use to smoke.he will be happy i guess.
