Marriage & Divorce - 2 April 2007

Before you all get mad and hate me I hate myself.
I have been married to my husband for 8 years we have 2 children together.
When we first got married i kissed another guy when i was drunk and than again when drunk about 4 years ago and than again drunk a year ago (no im not an alcholic).
Well anyway last night i told my husband cause i could not live with the guilt of kissing another man and of course he got angry with me cause i did betray him.
I told him it ment nothing it always happend on a girls night out and to be honest i dont realy know why i let it happen i love my husband very much.
He has said he forgives me but i really think he doesnt and i really want to make it up to him to show him that i would never betray him again and need some ideas on how i can make the situtaion better.
He doesnt want to leave i dont want to leave and we are a happy family i feel really low and bad for kissing other people.
Please help i need to fix my marriage.

My wife is in her 40s and after 13 years decided I was too old for her. She discovered the bars and being very good looking and resembling a 30 year old, she received more attention than was healthy. She wants to find people her own age and have fun. Is that it for me? Do men my age normally find someone else to share their life with? I like movies, music, acting in local theater. I have my own home, a successful business, and am pretty much free to come and go. Do women find any of that attractive or should I resign myself to being alone? Incidentally, I just found out tonight that the wife is already seeing someone and I feel as if I'm not going to make it through tomorrow. Help

i am 23 years old and i love a girl whch she is 25
she has a job and i am still in the uni
and i need about 2 more years to be ready when i told her that i want to marry her she said that she would say yes if i am older than that and she wont wait till i am ready coz she had an ex who made her to wait and left her with another girl so she made a decision that she will never wait for someone,
she said that its not good for a woman to marry someone younger than her is tht true??
we really love each others and we share good times but sort of friends not as lovers but i really love her and she knows

My boyfriend of 14 years left 3 months ago ( we have 2 boys 10&11) He said he was not into me anymore and the family life is not for him. So he moved in with his mother.He is 42. I get child support and he see's them every other weekend. He says he wants to be kept informed about what's going on. I call him when things are going on at school, or the boys are acting up. He says I'll call them tonight, he doesn't. I call him the next day and he says he got busy. He then says I'll call tonight he does not. I tell him that I won't tell him what's going on anymore, he says then don't, what am I going to do about it anyway I don't live their anymore. Our son called him tonite to ask if he would pay for him to play football. His dad was so out of it from partying all weekend with his new girlfriend ( he still lives with his mom ) that he just said no because Your mom won't take you to practice. When I tried to tell him I would, he kept saying I am going to hang up on you. Would you be upset?

My friend is a divorced woman with two small children. My friend's ex-husband gets the children every other weekend. The ex-husband is engaged to be married next month. They just had his wedding shower last week. My friend and her ex-husband are sleeping together. He calls her on the phone, and he comes to her house. He is the one who iniciates everything.

My friend and I disagree on this situation. I feel that she is as much to blame on the cheating as he is, but she says no. She sees no fault where she is concerned. My friend knows that her ex is getting married next month and knows this girl is planning a wedding. I feel sorry for the fiancee, and my friend says she does to. But it still does not stop her from letting him in the house and sleeping with him. Yes my friend says she still loves him and wants to be with him, but he has told my friend that he IS going to marry this other girl.

Is my friend innocent, or is she just as guilty as her ex?

My son is 28 yrs. old and became involved with a girl that is 18 yrs. of age. I think they only knew one another for about a month before he invited her to move in with him. They appear to be very compatible and in love. That was about 3 months ago now. Should I have said anything? I think he's old enough to know what he is doing? Is it too late to give advice now? My parents only gave advice when it was asked for. What's the rule when the children are old enough?

Is it true that if your married to someone who owes child support and if they dont pay, the other spouse have to pay his/her child support?

Have been married 6 yrs getting a divorce not a good relationship he cheated and got his ex. wife pregnant. I had a long standing on an off affair with an ex.bf that i am 100% sure he is father of my 3 yr old son because i was seperated from my hubby when son was concieved.I had a paternity test done just to make sure.Doing a paternity test on my daughter 5 yrs old revealed she is the product of the same affair sons blood was used for the test.My ex.bf has been married 4 yrs to someone else she cant have children(or not likley) as a side effect of yrs of taking the pill .I do not want to hurt this woman is there a way for me to alert the other man get child support and her not find out?

Ok, here is what is going on, a friend of mine I have known for years, and rember she is a FRIEND, and we don't know each other to well, its more like she is a friendly face in town.

Not that I wouldn't up an elope with her, but this is the weirdest I have ever noticed her act.
Has recently started always bringing up marriage, and being very generous in giving things to me, even bringing up the words "anything I want" if I ask her for a favor.
I have heard it said you will know the woman that you will marry by the one that speaks to the king in you.
But, just in case, I just need to know her intentions.

Im a newlywed as of 5 months. I love my husband and I cant imagine my life without him but sometimes when he tells me he loves me I dont say it back or I do say it back but then i wonder to myself if i mean it. I know I dont want to live with out him and I dont regret getting married but I suffer from mild depression and i wonder if that has anything to do with it. before we got engaged, my gf cheated on me with a guy from work, but only told me she did after 6 months.( she herself told me.. i never had to ask her) i forgave her and we carried on... then we got engaged,,, and she cheated on me again.. not once.. but atleast about 6 times.. with another guy from work... i dint know.. she suddenly asked me if we were too early to be enganged... and she said she has this attraction for another guy(2nd guy).. the thing is i always told her be honest with me and ill forgive you.. now i feel thats a mistake..? what do you think?? is she worth forgiving?? she also says she has a problem of craving attention and she wants to work this out.

At work tonight, I called my fiance to ask him to pick me up from work b/c I am sick and did not trust myself to drive home without passing out behind the wheel. But he then informed me that he was staying at his best friends house overnight b/c they were going to have a few drinks and he didnt want to drive. Rather than cancel his plans and make sure I was ok, he ended up going to his buddy's b/c "it's his only night off of work this week." Do you think I am being to hard on him or are my feelings justified? I don't care that he hangs out with his buddies, in fact we all are friends, and they come over to my place atleast six nights a week. All I was asking for was a little TLC while I am sick........

Lets say that We've met in our hard times,Me, being separated and Him, recently broke up with his X.1st 6 months of being friends, he s so mean to me...but I accept all that coz love him.soo much. He even like shout at me over the phone and told me straight he loves hs X.But he calls me evryday.HE even cry to me if he cant take the pain n his heart.
