Marriage & Divorce - 17 November 2006

Advise please, Is it wrong for me to be so fed up with my husbands daughter from a previous marraige that I want a divorce? His daughter is 20 years old and has a daughter who is 2 years old, she lives with us because she says it is her comfort zone, the only 2 bill's that she pay's is childcare expense while she works and her car payment, we buy all groceries, pay all the utilities and do not charge her anything for living with us, Now she has decided that paying her car payment is just too difficult, She earns $400 plus per week at her job and collects child support at $73.00 per week. I have told my Husband that I am either leaving or opening my own checking account to insure none of the money I earn goes on anything for this BRAT..
I earn more then my husband does and he does not like the idea of seperate checking accounts nor does he want me to leave... Suggestions please???? Am I wrong for feeling this way?

....relationship isnt working.The son starts crying when the father tries to sit down with him and tells him the marriage(relationship) isnt working out.The son is used to it being him,dad and mom all the time. But it's time the kid understands that his dad isnt happy.The dad is willing to stay in the marriage for the sake of his kid so his kid wont get hurt but honestly, the kid is only 12, he will get over it and realize in the long run why his dad had to do itOf course the father will still see his son often.And it doesnt help that the mother isnt wanting a divorce for fear she cant make it own her own cause she doesnt have a job.She has two other kids that he has supported but isnt his cause the real fathers were sorry.So what is a man 2 do if the mother keeps telling the kid that his father doesnt love him anymore cause he's leaving when in fact he just doesnt love her anymore? i drive a truck for a living and im gone 3-4 weeks at a time. when i get home i expect to have sex with my g/f the first night. usually we go out first to eat, come home put in a movie, then somewhere near the end of the evening i want some fun, but my g/f says this is not normal, that i should be able to come home do the things i said above but not expect to have sex the first night. ur opinions. just to clear up some things, there are no kids, she works mon-friday and no health problems exist

I am six months pregnant and I just found out that my husband has been having an affair for the past nine months. We have been married for 7 years and have a 5 year old together. My stepdaughter passed away a year ago from complications after surgery, she was 8. Since that time I have been giving him alot of lead way to deal with his grief. When he would be gone later than he should have I would call him and he wouldn't answer his phone. When he would finally get home and I would ask him where he had been and his answers always had something to do with driving around thinking about his daughter or stopping by the cemetery. Needless to say he was seeing another woman. He has had two emotional affairs before. I left him for 6 months, and we were in the process of reconciling when his daughter passed. We needed each other so we stayed together to deal with it. I think the most confusing part is that he talked me into having another child. What am I suppose to do?

The majority of my friends were males before I got married. Me and my husband have been married for little of a year and half, he decided to do some snooping around the house and went thru some boxes that have been stored away for years. Well he found pictures of me and my friends and now he is all mad because I kept them around. I explained to him that those were old friends nothing happened between us, and those were just old pictures that were in a box that were packed probably when I moved the last time. Well now he is telling me that I fu*&ed these men and that I must have kept those pictures for a reason. I told him that those were old friends that I knew before I meet him and that is all, just old friends. He is all mad at me know, what do I do now?

on a default trial court: my child custody case was given joint custody, why? What does it mean to have joint custody exactly? I was requesting sole custody of her along with a visitation schedule for the dad to give him the chance to bond because my doughter (14 months old) does not kwow who he is. So I don't understand why the judge ruled joint custody along w/ my supervised visitations plan for the father? what was the point of filing for default on the case and requesting full custody of her? what can I do to reverse this? I don't want joint custody because he's hardly around, I am the one who takes care of her and spends with her most of her time, why should he get this right if he isn't around...I'm furious about the decision but I didn't want to upset the judge by saying "no" on his judgment. Should I go back and appeal his decision? What can I do or how do I do this? How should I approach the court on this?

My friend is having a relationship with a woman who is currently married and has two daughters. She is having sex with him. Yep it turns me on. He never asks to watch it, in fact says that we don't need it. We do it while watching porn, only every few months...but I imagine it all of the time.

my wife says she Isnt in love with me anymore and has moved back to the u.s,we had been working towards getting her bhs teaching certificates in england so that we could set up a well paid business back in the states,we scrimped and saved for the exam fees and didnt really do much except work our tails off to make this happen and now she has passed the exams,she moved back there with our dog and i was going to support her from the u.k until she had gotten over the stress of her exams and the holiday season was over and she had settled in and gotten a decent paying job with her hard won certificates,then i was going to sell up here and move over there after going througfh all the red tape regarding visas etc,she has been gone 4 weeks and the last two of those she has been adamant that she isnt in love with me anymore and that its over between us.at the moment she has a low paid part time job in a bookstore and wants me to support her until she gets the decent job,then im out of her life

We have been married 3 years(oct 21) and i just want him to know how much he means to me. I can't seem to find a law reguarding texas law on bigamy convictions and what the punishment is. If anyone knows please pass along the information to me quickly. I go to court on monday 11-20-06. I know my spouse was married in mexico before we were married and never divorced. I didn't learn of this until after we were married.
