You may consider getting into a gym having good self-respect
is a good start in finding that special someone if you are already labelling yourself as a fatty you need to consider what your confidence level is at women like a man who is confident and strong so join a gym get in shape because a lady also wants a man they intend to spend the rest of there life with to be around for awhile also do it for youe own health and well-being. Just a reminder though there is someone for everyone your height isn't all that bad you pretty average for a guy but also remember added weight makes us guys look older then we are.

Looks hardly matter my friend. Start with Positive Attitude think ur the most beautiful male in this world after that work hard for it. Try to do exercise, go in for personality development, brain development, and make the girl mad for u. I know at this stage of urs it may sound stupid to u, but u must have heard this famous lines WHERE THERE IS A WILL THERE IS A WAY. So go for it and definately u will find really good mate.. You are a troubled guy. You don't take care of yourself, both financially and physically, yet want a beautiful wife. This shows you really don't want a wife because you make your requirements unrealistic. A defensive move to hide behind.
You need to take care of yourself. Get a better job, go back to school or get training or get your resume tuned up. Eat less, exercise more, dress better. As adults get into the forties, the women tend to be less and less discriminating. Make yourself worthwhile, then find someone worthwhile.

Before you even start looking for a wife you obviously need to take care of yourself. Its apparent that you aren't such a fan of your self so do something about it. Go for walks, eat less and look for a new career. Once you are happy with your life someone will be willing to share it with you. Good luck
