Then only girls that adjust the chandeliers are those called Transexuals! Look at yourself in the mirror (naked) and tell me, is there anything out of place?
And is not the scrotums (balls) that men adjust is their penis ;) . now you know.
Women adjust their breasts (bras) .

Because our parts don't hang down like a man's...at least I hope not. We might adjust the panties every now and then(wedgie), but that is about it.

we have nothing down there hanging around to be adjusted. if things feel funny down there a slight wiggle in your seat puts everything back in order.

well do have a sac between your legs that moves with you well no that is why think how often a women may adjust her bra kinda similar.

I guess you must be blind. I've seen women pulling their panties out of their butts, adjusting their bras so their breasts aren't pinched and scratching their pubic area (and they did not have crabs either).
Pay closer attention dude.

cause woman don't hung down and get in the way of you underwear. or sweat as much as man. did you have any idea how pain full is to sit on one of your balls? i don't think so. so we have to be extra care full accommodating them.

becuase you are cluess. All our parts are INTERNAL and we don't have to MOVE THEM around to be comfortable. Sorry, you're a fool. we also don't feel the need to have to touch them all the time. we know they are there. We don't have to show to other people that we know they are there, and we don't have to make spectacles of ourselves.
