I used to get mad at my ex and want to throw things. I realized i was breaking all my s**t and got a hold of my self. the only thing i threw after that was his stuff - on the lawn.

I had a friend that did and it just made him walk out which made her even more upset than before. Even if it is normal, part of the partnership of marriage is consideration of the other person, although different situations cause us to react differently. If it had something to do with another chick, I'd probably throw something too. However, if he's taking it like a champ, he's probably holding back and eventually, he'll get sick of it. Not a good idea. Consider his feelings too and try verbal communication.

hi. i concept i'd answer seeing as i'm also 17 and my boyfriend is eighteen so similar a lengthy time period. we've really been at the same time a little while too. we've not yet had a perfect wrestle yet we've little arguments each and each and every of the time yet you realize the banterous/humorous form. he's an extremely user-friendly-going guy even as i'm really severe maintentance and that i usually have a tendency to disagree with maximum persons about maximum issues besides. i imagine that your project is truthfully cool. see you later as there are a range of issues to communicate about and also you both have a good time with one yet another's agency and experience romantically in course of the different, who cares?! possibly later, once you get to understand one yet another on even deeper degrees, you'll discover some thing that you'll argue or maybe wrestle about yet for now i imagine you're fantastically reliable! wish I helped!

You're bottling up your anger and that isn't good.
This behavior could extend into other fits of rage such as
yelling, screaming, physical abuse.
Learn to calm down, take a break and excuse yourself
for a few moments to relax. Also, learn how to express yourself
verbally.
Calm down next time because this anger might begin to grow into something larger and more dangerous.

I got very angry once and went away and threw a chair because you see people throwing things all the time in anger on tv. I hoped it would be an outlet but I just felt silly

It sounds incredibly immature to me. Your husband might find that dealing with your bad temper and watching you throw things and fighting with him getting old one day. Why should he tolerate this for the rest of his life? (If the roles were reversed, people would call him abusive and tell you to leave.)

no, i don't. but if it makes you feel better, what the hell. maybe don't do it in front of him though. then he'll get angrier, which makes you angrier.... just say i gotta be alone for a minute. go into a different room, throw some stuff around and when you feel better you can have a constructive fight.

It is immature, lack of self control, not able to handle conflict in a more calm manner, disrespectful to your spouse, destructive to material things, in general someone wasn't parenting you very well as a child. Go get some anger management to help control your bad behavior. You owe it to yourself and your husband. If you have children it is a very bad example to pass on to them.

Yes, I've done that on many occasions. So now we have small stuffed animals in the house that our dogs play with. I am allowed to throw something, not at anyone or anything, ONLY if it is the tiny stuffed animals. It's much harder to cause damage on your home, possessions and people that way. You still get to get it out of your system though.
