i have gone thru so much with my hubby´s family,,,finnally i confronted them..his sister threatened me with my ñife when i got upset and told her off to respect me...his mother told me i married to have someone pay my bills(i do work),...finnally i decide to stay away...my husband is upset with that though from the beginning he stode aside....he never corrected them or ask them why they were behaving that way......i refused to attend any of their family things...im i right? im only avoiding trouble.

My wife of 1 yr decided that she was never in love with me. She says she loves me but isn't "in love" anymore. She still calls me her best friend, we love each other's families, we share the same morals and dreams. We are both attracted to each other and both work so money isn't an issue. She isn't willing to work on things and says she is having "crushes" on other people and feels guilty about it. After a difficult month of fighting for her I am ready to let her go find these things out for herself and give her the divorce. My question is, is this common in new marriages? Is she going to regret this in one year when she finds that know one else is going to give her what we have? Or does this sound final? She seems pretty set on this which is uncharacteristic of her. Just looking for some hope maybe.

If your married and the relationship is not that bad, and your wife tells you that she wants a divorce because she needs to be free and find herself. Would it be wrong to still want to sleep with her. I'm still sleeping in the same bed as her and she is the one moving out of the house. Is it wrong to want her?

I am trying to get my hubbys attention by going to meet my husband at an extra credit lecture as a suprise but he got irrated and said i was a distraction?Learning how to make his favorite meals and cooking for him(went to a class).Leaving him notes saying i love him and miss him.Bought massage oils and asked if he wanted a massage.Perpared a bubble bath with roses and candles to set the mood.I keep myself fit 5 ft6 and 115 pounds and take care of myself i am only 22 and have no kids.Nothing works he is only 23 and we have not had sex in 5 months?He is a med. school student and i work in P.R so we dont see each other much but their is only so much i can do he only seems to ignore me.

This has been true throughout more than 30 years of marriage. He has a giant, larger than life poster of himself with pop singer Jewel, with his arm around her---taken when he bought a "back stage" pass--in his office, but has never displayed any pictures of me and our four children. (He even asked me to help him blow up the original photo into a poster since he doesn't have computer tech skills.) He has another picture of himself and Jewel on his laptop. He has other pictures of singers and actresses, and even some of himself with strippers (although he doesn't display the ones with strippers, at least.) He's rarely taken any pictures of me, doesn't carry any in his wallet...He doesn't put his arm around me. I'm not ugly, not fat. We have three attractive daughters, one of them considered extraordinarily beautiful, and a handsome son.

ok here is the situation i am a married man with 1 son with my wife and a son from a previous relationship who is 5 who i pay child support for. Currently i pay 786 per month. Of course this is a high payment which has in turn left me struggling to pay my mortgage. i do amke a good living but like i said my high child support make it nearly impossible to make ends meet. I am in no way trying to get out of child support but i realize recently in order to meet these other financial obligations i am going to take on another ft job. Also that will limit my son time to come over here which as of now i get him every other weekend but of course if i get another job that would probaly be less. My son mother constantly makes plans on my weekends so honestly she showing time with his father is not at all important. so my question is shall i just get the other job to meet ends meet or stay with the current situation . be advised on the weekends he comes he sees my wife more than me

the offender is under psychiatric observation be considered as a defence in the court ?

Couple of days ago I asked the about domestic violance, but I did not mentioned the fact that the batterer is a mentally challanged( I don't know the proper wording, my appologies.)
Defender says - No, psychiatrist says -Yes. Both are for money, that is understandable.
So I am very curious.

I know this sounds kinda wierd but my husband wont stop groping me. Anytime he gets close to me he has to grab my boob or touch me down there. Its getting really annoying, i tell him all the time to knock it off i dont like it. I think there is a time and place for this but not when im trying to do something. Dont get me wrong, i usually just let him do it and i think its cute sometimes. Also, he always turns the most non-sexual conversations in to sexual ones. Ugh i cant stand that when im trying to have a normal converstation with him he always does this. Talking to him is not helping the situation. i feel that becuase he's like this i dont want to have sex that often becuase it's like hes been touching me all day and talking dirty all day and im ready for bed... what can i do so that im not so annoyed by this because i know he's just being a man.
