I think a relationship is so much better with out Marriage. People seem to stop caring about the little things because they have you forever or what ever. And if things go really bad it is easier way out. Marriage is way over rated.

I don't think that marriage is needed for Love, but it is a nice way to celebrate your commitment to each other. To some people it makes the difference of a relationship that you can walk away from and a relationship that you are willing to work hard on. That little piece of paper hold power in some peoples eyes. Find out what your partner believes.

.Marriage isn't needed for love . marriage is just a piece of paper saying your married , It doesn't hold a marriage together at all .., Love ,trust and commitment do and you can have these without marriage ..divorce is as common now a days as breaking up and much more expensive !!

I love my man completely. We live together but are not married. Does it make a difference? Not really. However, we do plan to marry soon. We are old fashioned enough to want to dedicate our lives to each other in front of God.

You could definitely love someone who your not married to but I think marrying that someone makes the relationship more stable...and forces you to be more committed and take things more seriously. If I was in a long term relationship that didn't turn into marriage I would begin to think, 'now what?' 'what am i to him?' and would have 2nd thoughts about him

Marriage is not needed to experience love, but to help in maintaining a committed relationship marriage is necessary. Also, being a Bible believing Christian, marriage is necessary.

To be in love, you don't need to be married, but if your refering to sex as long, then I believe that you need to be married, and that sex should be between a husband and wife.
