God created man and woman on the 6th day... He rested on the 7th...
When God brought the woman to the man, he called her "woman." Some preachers may say that what Adam meant was "Whoa...! Man...!" as an exclamation. But, after the encounter with the serpent, she's been a woe, man, ever since...

God created all in six days then rested on the seventh. You know why he created woman? Because he looked at the man and said "no this is not good enough" and then he created women and all his hard work paid off!

Of course God created man before God created woman. A rough draft was needed before a masterpiece could be created.

Heavens no. We've put an end to rest ourselves, if that's our choice. Most of us spend at least 40 to 60 hours a week chasing the dollar, and if we are lucky, 1 hour chasing Jesus. My sisters and brothers this need not be. Jesus is our Sabbath, the Prince of Peace, if we seek him early everyday, we can find the peace of mind we are all so desperately desiring, and the power to take control pf our schedules and lives. Remember what he said in Matt 11:28 "come unto me all ye who labor and are heavy laden and I will give you rest." Hide his word in your heart live as he says live, set a goal with a date, work on that, and rest can be yours today if you want it. God Bless.

Also he who finds a wife finds a good thing. AKA Marriage

Actually, God realized all of the mistakes that He made when He created man. That's why He created us women all perfect! Men were just the prototypes.

what no! He created women so that men won't be lonely. God made man in the sight of himself, and realized that every living creature had a mate but Adam so he created Eve so that they could keep each other company. no one deserves to be alone.
And no, he didn't create women just for temptation Allen M!!!

GOD obviously felt sorry for the poor man ,so he made a woman to help him think, act and do things because man is useless without a woman.

Woman is great! We would still be stuck in caves somewhere, shivering with raindrops falling on our heads*** Woman is a fantastic human.
Have you ever camped alone? Dang...it's like being in a desert with no water...woman makes for great music...she livens up our souls. Most of Humankind's greatest achievement's have been for the love of a woman.
Oh duh now I see your pun! Well yeah first woman wanted a hole put in the cave (window she said.) Then woman wanted a rug (had to hunt bear and lost brother and Igor.) Then woman wanted bigger cave and had to break rock...
What was I saying? My woman wants me to make new house...please I am too busy to talk now. Come back later...
***for arguement's sake figure humans still existed without woman.

Actually, the Book of Genesis potrayed two 'creation of man' events.
The first one is in the first chapter, men and women were created here, they were created after a lot of creatures were created. This was before the Adam we know.
The second one is in the second chapter, this is the Adam we know. A lot of creatures were created for his companion, but none suite him, so a clone of him was created instead.
