The other day I'm riding in the backseat of our car, my wife is driving. I was sitting with my child. I never noticed this sitting in the front seat when she drives, but being back there I noticed that guys really turn their heads and check her out, even though you can't really see much. I don't really check out women when I'm driving, I thought this was kind of weird. I wasn't aware so many men did this. Do you get stared at in your car, like if you're at a stoplight or whatever? Does it make you feel weird?

Why do so many people see divorce as an easy way out of a marriage instead of working at it? Marriage is supposed to be a union between two people under God, but many people don't see it that way.

We live in a small town in Georgia. He claims he's the only one that's been commited to our marriage. Though, I'm the one still sitting at home taking care of everything waiting on him, while he's done exactly what he's wanted all these years. I'm supposed to do whatever he expects me to do - I can only enjoy things if he okays it and is a part of it. I'm not allowed to get upset or mad or down with him , because then that's when he's going to leave and make me suffer. I've been through ups and downs with the marraige, now when he's making good money this is when he wants to leave and as he says, make me provide for myself. Which I feel I can do its just hard and scary. All these years I could have been doing something for myself, but he claimed he wanted an "old fashioned marriage" an homemaker. He's worked his job all these years, while I've been through many family deaths and received some inheritance and an old home. So do I deserve support if he leaves?

I'm married to a wonderful man. He thought it would be awesome to see me w/ another female(possibly join in if time was right). Well, I became friends(and more) w/ a lesbian. I never thought I would/could have deep feelings for another female, but I do. I love both of them - each for their own qualities! He doesn't want me to talk to or see her ever again. But, I feel a pull to her. Not only is she funny, smart and hot, but she makes me feel alive. She compliments me, makes me feel like I truly mean something. I can't tell you when the last time my husband told me I was beautiful.

I'm sure there's more that I could type in here, but this is my first question I've posted and I want to see what kind of answers I get. Thanks for reading my post! Also, thanks in advance for any insight you can give me!!

My husband has chosen to sleep on the floor of our home office for the last 5 years. We have sex about 5 times a year (Xmas, Chinese new year, his Birthday, my Birthday, and Mother Day).

No, he is not sick. He is prepping to run the 2007 marathon. No, I am not sick. I have the body that every woman envies at my work.

What should I do? We are worst than roommates. I am seriously considering aldultery, just waiting for a nice man to cross my path.

Counseling is not an option for him who doesn't see the problem. I already addressed the problem with him several times. Things got better the next 2 weeks then fall right back to where they came from: the floor. I think he should see it if he is man enough. I am not his mother to keep telling him what he should do.

What should I do? Go on for another 5 years, private adultery, or publicly quit? Please give me some advice of your own. Thanks.

I have been married for a year, to a sweet man. We are both in our fourties, and on our 2nd marriage. We lived together for about 5 yrs before we got married. We totally love each other, but it seems like there is not much interest sexually(mostly on his part), and neither one of us are cheaters, I know that for a fact. Do you think it is because we got married? I haven't gained weight or changed anything.

My story is a bit like divorce but involves myself and my younger sister.

The short version is that I bought a run down flat with my sister and we have a joint mortgage. The plan was to do it up and split the profit 50/50. What happened was I ended up having to do the large majority of the renovation work and pay for most of the materials, while she made excuses and eventually refused to acknowledge that she wasn't contributing to anything but the mortgage.

Now the work is finished (and we hate each other) we want to sell, but she is refusing to accept less than 50%. My parents are not helping and say that the work I've done doesn't make any difference to how the profit should be split.

So, my question is does the work done to improve the value of a property come into consideration at all legally? And what is the likely hood of my being granted a higher share if it were to go to court?
