You could file for a legal separation and move out. Or just move out temporarily to give yourself some space to get your head together. You most certainly don't want to ignore your wife- it'll make her worse. You most certainly can't just let her nag you to death either- you'll seem like a pushover.
If the issue of divorce has come up in conversation with you two and your wife continues to make you uncomfortable, this is a sure sign that she's unconcerned with your comfort. If she wanted to keep you around, she wouldn't do anything to push you out the door. Maybe you two could try marriage counseling. Maybe in your wife's mind, she feel as if she's doing more good than harm. She may see decisions you make or actions you take that she would do different. Sometimes, people just have funny ways of showing that they doing what they think is right for you.

I think it is a sad situation, she is probably crumbling inside and definitely still loves you and wants it to work out. The bad thing is you can't make it work for her if it is not working for you, that would not only be terrible for you, but in the long run terrible for her. She is probably trying every which way to get you to change your mind, and doesn't know what else to do. I would try not to be mean, but not so overly nice, to where she may think it might work out. Just tell her, it is definitely over, and tell her you would hate to have to do this, but if she keeps harassing you, you will have to take more extreme matters. Try to be a little nice, but firm. Sometimes, a woman will only try for so long, and then take the hint and eventually move on. So hopefully for your sake she will move on with her own life. Good luck and take care!
