my wife and i have been seperated for 5 months, we have been going out alot, and for a week we act like we are together, then a week we dont. She is moving into her own place alone. She has told me that she thinks she needs a year to fend for herself. she does want me to spend some nights.she doesnt know if she would rather be with me, or be happier alone. she knows that i am worried about some1 else, and told me that it boils down to me or alone. She aslo has said that she didnt know if things would workout in 5 years she just doesnt know. she has told me she loves me and always will but really never did have anyfreedom. We also have made future plans like taking dance lessons together or going on a trip in 4months, even as far as how to renew our vows IF things workout. We did turn in the divorce papers, but stoped them. Shehas changed her mind back and forth. is she confused,just really doesnt know,does she just want freedom for awhile then maybe work it out? together 8 1/2yr

My wife has just thrown me out.....it was my fault,i had been out drinking with friends and came back drunk,as soon as i entered our house she started nagging me that i was' drunk 'so i replied that "she was ugly but at least i will be sober in the morning" she threw me out there and then.....I want her to take me back cause i have no-where to go and i won't apologize cause she is ugly and i cannot tell a lie......What can i do????

I've been on and off for different reasons with a man for the past few years.We are both in our thirties and we both have good jobs. Last year I decided that enough is enough and I moved out on my own. A month later I found out that I was pregnant and my entire world collapsed. I didn't want the baby and didn't want to go back but I wasn't able to take any decission at that point . We got married and few months later a wonderful lovely baby boy arrived and filled my life with happines, love and hope. Meanwhile the relationship between me and my baby father is non existent. My husband avoids doing any chores in the house, outside of the house and refuses to spend any time with me or our son. I gave him an ultimatum last week and asked him to rethink his attitude but seems I am talking to a wall.He wants to have a career and do nothing. My biggest worry is that my baby doesn't have a father figure , that we have no help from him and not the last I don't feel that I have a husband. Help!

Me and my husband separated...he then moved another woman into the home and fell in love. All the while lying to me as if he wasn't cheating. He continues to come see me everyday though. Recently I inquired as to why we don't just get back together, his reply was; 'wait until this "plays" out..what???? Should I. I do love him and we've been together for five yrs by the way. i need to be happy.i've suffered long enough,and i want to be free.7 yrs too long.i'm done.i want a divorce and i have two kids that i want to take w-me.and he's gonna make it hell for me.he knows the only reason i stayed so long, was for the kids.i'm done with that reason.he's abusive in many ways and im so scared to tell him.i have to hide my moneybecause he takes it from me.i want to be happy,me.i want my life back.i want to stay in the town where i live so my kids can stay in school.but i dont know if that will work.but as of right now? i just want a happier life.im finding myself takeing it out on my kids..and im not that kind of person..i have no money for a lawyer,so i desperately,desperately,need advice.and please...no smart remarks..i cant take any of those any more,,i dont know how im gonna tell him..but i know i gotta sooner or later.any advice? any at all?.....thanks for your time...sad in minnesota.

My boyfriend received a notice from the Dept. of Rev. today, letting him know that over $300 a month will be taken out of his paycheck. The letter stated that he owes over $5,000 in back child support. The problem is..........he had sex with this woman once, and this is the first he has ever heard of this child. What does he do? What do you want to do tonight? I don't care-whatever you want to do is fine.

What do you want for dinner? I don't care-you choose.

What movie should we rent? Umm, It doesn't matter to me, you pick.

Then when we pick and it's not exacly good-it's our fault.

You tell me you don't care what we watch on TV and I put on football and then you have the nerve to get upset.

Do your husband a favor. When he asks you this question...Tell him an answer or at least make a suggestion.

What do you want for dinner? Mexican sounds good-do you feel like Mexican?

What movie do you want to see? That depends...do you feel like seeing a chick flick?

What do you want to watch on TV? The new Greys Anatomy is tonight.

Anyways, any reason to why you are incapable of makign a decision would be great....

(BTW-Hint Hint:Your not going to hurt our feelings by choosing something we didn't like.

There are so many people that either joke or are very serious about once you get married, everything changes and it is a big mistake. My boyfriend and I are taking the steps towards marriage, and there's a few people who tell us not to go down that road because things only change for the worst after marriage. I know marriages aren't ever going to be perfect, but are they really that bad??

He's a fantastic guy (at least I think so), but left his wife of 9 years to be with me. The divorce was only final last month & we got engaged a few weeks before it was finalized (although haven't told anyone). He has a 4 yr old & a baby only a few months old. I'm 7 years younger with no children (and no desire to have my own, at least not for several years). I came out of a BAD abusive relationship before I was with him. Now the kids come every other weekend to our new house & I'm really frustrated. They jump on the (brand new) furniture and I guess just act like kids. But he lets them jump on the couches, beds, and even throw balls, toys inside. I have never done this stuff and don't want it done in my house. But they aren't my kids and I don't feel it's my place to correct them. Also, how do I even bring it up? I'm afraid of hurting his feelings if I start questioning his parenting skills. Also, the ex is such a sensitve subject - how do i bring up things related to her
