Wow. This one is really one of those questions for an attorney in your state. I know that where I live, it would be considered marital assets acquired during the marriage since you are not divorced. What a silly move for him to make. Speak with an attorney about this. Only they can advise you on what your rights are in your state.

YOU KNOW THAT IS A VERY GOOD ? IF YOU ARE THEN GOOD FOR YOU BUT IM THINKING MAYBE NOT B/C WHY WOULD HE BUY INTO ANOTHER HOUSE AND KNOWS THAT HE IS STILL MARRIED TO YOU AND YOU COULD GET SOME PROFIT OUT OF IT OR IS HE JUST THAT SIMPLE TO DO SUCH A THING
