I've been dating this guy, Gregory, for over 2 years. We've been very happy together and my family loves him. He's a very nice guy and I know he'd make an excellent husband and father but I KNOW he's not my true love...I love him I do but I love all my friends too...He proposed to me and I don't know what to do. Should I marry him? It would probably work. We've been happy for 2 years, why couldn't we make marriage work? Do you guys think people can learn to love each other? That's what everyone's telling me will happen! I love him but won't I always wonder "what if?"

i am so bad for this...and i realize it is a problem for example when me and my hubby first started dating he told me i was bad with money due to the fact before we were together i borrowed money from him which he offered to pay for a past due power bill, now i feel so guilty everytime i need anything from him even the basic nessacities because i don't have a job and he is always asking before i buy how much money do we have in the bank and stresses about money we need it makes me feel horrible, he says he means nothing by it and i am being to sensitive, and also i have never been late on any bills and i am the one who manages the money

I've been married going on 7 years. And all my husband does is think about himself. He spends his paycheck the same day he gets it. He has the right to do anything he wants even if he doesn't have the money. He refuses to help me out with the house work, or taking care of the kids. I went back to work part time so I could give him some money becuase he wants me to help him out. But he excepts me to give him my whole pay check. He mad because I was approved for a credit card, and planning on starting my own checking account. I refuse to be put on his checking account because last time he spent all his check and mine in a matter of 2 days. And then when I went to go get stuff the check wouldn't go through and then excepted me to give him the money to cover the bad checks he wrote. I've tried talking to him, yelling at him and treating him the way he treats me. He refuses to talk to me because that is not as important as what he wants . He excepts our problems to just go away.

Not necesarily change him, but a man who loves to four wheel, snowmachine, ski and you do all those things with him ,but he doesent romance you..and says its not him, is it me or is it just really him? My husband is out of town for a long time and before he left he said I could have sex with a mutal male friend of ours. I would have to tell him before I would do anything. He said it wouldn't be cheating because he knows about it and is giving permission. I am very attracted to this other man and I would wonderfing if I should go for it? He has pictures of his ex girlfriends in an album beside the bed. I already let him know that it bothers me a long time ago but they are still there. I put them up one time but guilt got to me and I let him know what I did and I pulled them back out and put them on the nightstand. They have been there ever since.

My last girlfriend told everyone that I was "the one," then she backed out on our engagement after some bizarre series of tests. She acted crazy at times, evidently trying to make me show anger toward her. But my philosophy is to be internally strong, and unswayed by the drama of others, so I failed the test. Apparently, she thought losing one's cool equals strength, which I view as weakness. Have you done this? What is the thought process behind it?

I love my husband so much, but everthing in my body is telling me hes unfaithful! The guys at his work say he texts more than a girl!
But when I ask him who he texs he says nobody. The guys are just busting his balls "he says"! We live in las vegas to boot (sin city!) and he works lots of late nights.( hes a fireman.) Plus he always doing events that he doesn't get paid for, but I cant go becuz our baby is to litle. When I bug him, he say he has a obligation to the community, and I say he has a obligation to his family. We are from Utah and have only been here 18 months, and hes not even close to being the same person he was. Im always wondering where he is and what hes doing? and its taking its tool on my life! Is there any way to track his texts or his where abouts.

This question was ask six days ago by Alex. Some of the answers were filled with so much anger and pain, I thought it should be reposted. After reading some of these responces by people whos husbans/wife,boyfriends or girl friends had mis-treated them in the name of love, or just taking them for granted, made me think about the way I act & treat my girl friend? There is this girl that likes him and he knows it. He calls her about 6x a month. The one that really got me is when he called her after 12:00am from a friends party first and then he called me. Why call so late and why her first? I checked his phone afterwards because I have been checking his calls lately and her number was erased and mine was still there from that time. So that tells me that he might be erasing the number everytime. What would you think and would you let him know? I would love to get into his email because I'm sure I could find something concrete there.

i am with him because of our children.even though i am not looking for anyone i do wish i had somebody else instead of having him.don't regret the children but regret i had them with him.he was so wonderful and now he is just not the same.we fight all the time.he thinks i am cheating.but he is the one messing around. i feel so disgusted when he ask for sex. i am just there and thats it..but wish i could enjoy it.i just cant enjoy it with him anymore.and i just feel that i need passion and romance in my life but no with him..am i wrong?i am very confused because i dont know if i still love him or i am just used to being with him.any advice.

my wife hated me i understand fine but she moved out and took everything as well as my two boys
i never drank or abused anyone
we just had marital breakdown
help me understand ladies how can you destroy a man like this with out any regards to the way he may feel
we just didn't click fine i can deal but taking my life (kids ) away is wrong i was a good father and was there all the time for my little guys and always stayed home after work to play with them so my wife could go and do things
now she only lets me see them during my days off but she put them in daycare for 2 of my days off why would some one eliminate the childs father for no aparrent reason

I have been with a man for 6 years. It has not been all easy, but there have been some good times. I think deep down his is a good man that means well but he has done some things I dont know if I want to forgive or can forgive. More than that he doesnt even know how to try to make it better.

Shouldnt a man that has screwed up really badly try really hard to fix it if he says he loves me and cant imagine life without me? If he doesnt know what to do, should he try to get some help in figuring that out? Or is that too much to ask?

He lied for 6 years to me and only told me because he was forced into telling me. I cant believe it and I dont know what to do. I want to pretend it never happened, but I cant.

question that it is almost a crime to let them be on the internet in the first place. ? I think we should get to take 5 points and add them to our own points for each question we ask. There is always some idiot who totally misses the boat on the question and I think they should be PENALIZED....... -5, yeah!
