You need to talk to him to find out for sure. He really needs to know that you want to get married and that you want and need the ultimate act of committment from him. Otherwise, he may think you are ok w/ the current living arrangement.

probably eventually but ur already playing house, so id make sure u dont have any kids with him till ur married, or else he'll figure why bother with the formalities since he has a built in family with out it..
