Yes and no, it is up to the love that you two share. If you really love each other you will, if not you will move on and be with someone else. I do not think there are any stats out there to help with this. It all comes down to your hearts.

three years even ten years of relationship would not and will not guarantee that you will get married

no one can answer that but you and your girl. i was with my man 6 years, was 6 weeks away from marrying him, and i called it off.
