he had an affair I left all my things there including my dog and cat, as well as my clothes and furniture. I signed a contract stating he had my permission to handle the selling of the home and I just asked for a set amount when sold this contract ends dec31/06 and the house isn't sold yet! He lets his new girl live at our home now and he leaves my pets all weekend long sometimes.he never returns my calls and he wont send me my belongings. I now live in Vancouver and he lives in gatineau qc the title for the home is in french and I dont read french. He is behind on the morgage and still he finds time to party and insure his porshe and harley bike. Can I file for support seeing I left there because he was always with her and I new no one out there.My family is in Vanc. He always kept me from attaining my goal which was to be a Dental assistant by spending our savings on her. Which stopped me with my goals my life is better now and I've found a new man I just want what is legally mine

It just seems so routine, and I am not that attracted to my wife anymore. We have had sex 6 times and she just doesn't do it for me anymore. Has anybody else gotten bored of their spouse?

My kids are 4 and 8, and were special needs kids we adopted less than a year ago. My husband left 6 months after the adoption, and I still struggle with what to tell the kids as to why they do not live with both thier mom and dad now. They see thier dad occassionally, and he calls once in a while, but they both wish we still lived together.
My ex moved out while I was working, and left us without a car, no money, and has simply moved on. I don't want to say bad things about him, because they will find out on thier own some day what type of person he is, but in the meantime, they still ask. HELP!

my wife of 8 years thought sense i was a man the only thing i wanted was sex. But, after working 12 hours a day all i wanted was a nice quite place to relax.she thought the kids should nrver be around me just her so we could have sex every day and night. I wanted some time with the kids to play with or just hear how thier day was. So i put her out now she wants to come back.what should i do? we still fight and me and the kids can talk and i am really getting to know them like a dad should.

I really like my exboyfriends friend. i never realized it until he and i broke up. i liked his friend from the first time i saw him, but never thought anything of it as i was so in love with my man. but each time i would see his buddy, i liked him. but in the last year i liked him more and then with our recent breakup, and he is single now too, i guess i feel he's available and so am i. i have noticed how he has looked at me in the recent past and always hugs me when he sees me. would he even go for me, or would he break the guy code? or should i even consider it.

my husband takes care of the bills. now my problem is there not getting paid we get shut off notices alot now and i told him to just let me help figure them to where they go,but no he saysnoits okay? now im starting to work after a while of no working should i get my own banking,and not join him,also should i sign any papers pretaining to any new loans he wants to take out to pay things off?

Now he often invites my husband out..football games, running errands, boy's nite out with a couple of buddies..drinking, bar, hottubing, sleepover...This past weekend he asked my husband to help him out with an errand his ex needed him to do in a city 5 hours out of where we live.
Hubby thought we could all go camping at a provincial park nearby. I disagreed as we have kids and a lot of back to school prep to do...finish shopping for supplies etc...and i couldn't justify spending travel money with fees for school, bussing, dayhome etc approaching. He went camping with his friend. Said to expect him home tonite. I had to call him to see where he was at. Seems they decided to stay another nite and get some golfing in the city. Said the city they were at was on the way home from the campsite. Liar. The campsite is located between the two cities.Instead of driving home, they drove back to the northern city.Am i over reacting? He's not usually like this. Married 13 yrs..mid 30's 4kids

... i found out 3 different times, i stayed but then the fighting got worse, the name calling, n the agressiveness increased, he one day insulted me to the point where i got my daughter, my stuff n left... im happy because i found a great job, n im going to school. my daughter is also ok, n happy. the problem is.... now its been bout 2 weeks since i left n now he decides to try and make things up.... but basically he's saying he want to make me fall in love again and that he's horny.... i love him still but i'm emotionally drained, wat should i do? oh yeah i'm 22 and he's 23...oh yeah and if it helps he's a settle type of guy as i am a keep climbing up da ladder of life....

We used to have wild sex 5-6 times a week. Now it's more like once a month. Even then, she specifically requests 'a quickie only'. WTF?

I'm about 20 pounds overweight, admittedly, but I don't think it's that bad. I get a lot of unsolicited/unrequitted attention/advances from other women, but none from her. I travel one or two nights a week on business, but I've always traveled extensively. I'm less stressed by work now than previously.

She's an aspiring actress and goes to classes / rehearsals / ??? one night a week until midnight or much later, which doesn't help matters between us. She also gave up drinking alcohol, eating red meat, watching porn, and a lot of other stuff that used to be fun for us.

Is it okay for a married man to keep his checking account (where his paycheck is deposited) in his and his ex-wife's name for her to use when their 17 year old daughter needs something...like restaurants, groceries, electronics, clothing, gifts for friends, household items, gas, convience store items, etc? Or should he just give his ex-wife money for those things their child needs and close that checking account and open a new account with his new wife? Should his new wife feel hurt if he refuses to close that account with his ex-wife, and refuses to open a new bank account in his and the new wife's name? The husband insists this method of child support payment is the only way to do it. Every month the man looks over his ex-wife's debits and if he thinks she spent too much money it is understood that he will chastise his ex-wife for it, but that has never happened no matter how much is spent.This man is not as generous with his new wife. Should the new wife feel hurt? I need to know..

My man and I have been together for 12 years and have 2 small children..He cheated a few years ago both sexually and emotionally. He doesn't want to have sex with me..EVER. We hardly ever speak. I found out my husband was having an affair with a married women with a child that carried on when we moved out of state. When I suspected it, he mentally abused me for 7 months by making me think I was making it up so I would get more attention from him. I found out about the affair because I did some research which caused him to finally confess. He claims it was an infatuation and he loves me and only me. Now he wants me to spend the my life with him. We saw a counclior, and it helped some what... my husband claims in order for me to move forward, I need to pretend that his affair never happened and the way he mentally abused me never happened. A part of me wants to set up an web site with her name so everyone will know because she's a marriage counclior for her church. Yeah, can you believe that...I was shocked also. Should I pretend that his affair never happened and let him feel everything is OK?
