he had an affair I left all my things there including my dog and cat, as well as my clothes and furniture. I signed a contract stating he had my permission to handle the selling of the home and I just asked for a set amount when sold this contract ends dec31/06 and the house isn't sold yet! He lets his new girl live at our home now and he leaves my pets all weekend long sometimes.he never returns my calls and he wont send me my belongings. I now live in Vancouver and he lives in gatineau qc the title for the home is in french and I dont read french. He is behind on the morgage and still he finds time to party and insure his porshe and harley bike. Can I file for support seeing I left there because he was always with her and I new no one out there.My family is in Vanc. He always kept me from attaining my goal which was to be a Dental assistant by spending our savings on her. Which stopped me with my goals my life is better now and I've found a new man I just want what is legally mine

You were a fool to have left everything and walked out.Must use your common sense. You walked not him.Now you are living with another man and happy there.Then why are you bothered about petty thing.With your statement it seems you are jealous of your ex man. Move on and get on with life.

WOW!!!!! I can't believe your going to blame this on him... do you have a brain??? why would you do all this with a man that wouldn't marry you??? and why would you think you were going to get anything back from him. he used you and you let him, he had no real respect for you because you were just a live in whore. at the very least a hooker gets paid.. did you get paid? you should have. I think you should forget about blaming him for this and ask your self why YOU DIDN'T care more about your SELF and have MORE RESPECT for your self and not stay with a guy that would not marry you. your the one with the problem not him he's just being a guy. if you give it away most guys will take advantage of the opportunity for free sex, home cooking, and a free housekeeper. hell I would to.....I don't know what your laws are but, you did all the crazy stupid woman things that men get blamed for and you should be ashamed that you weren't smart enough to see it coming. be a smart woman from now on, learn from this please.....
