I have contacted child support and given them all contact info on how to contact the father and still they have done nothing,Is there another option to handle this matter,I have paid mediation and court cost once already,any information would be very helpful. Thank you

Im waiting for my girlfriend to get a divorce so we can marry her husband knows about us and they dont love eachother, HE says he will do the paperwork himself to save money. Just wondering how long it would take for him to do?

I have been with the man who is now my husband for 7 years. We have been married 3. We have been through alot together, as any marriage/relationship has. However, for the last 7 years I have taken second place to his computer/games. I ask, beg, plead, cry, and everything else a woman is good at, to let him know how much this frusterates me. I've also gone as far as threatening to leave if he doesn't start paying more attention to my needs as a wife and a woman. Still to this day, he makes it quite clear that his computer/games are his first and formost priority. I've even recently started having thoughts of looking "Elsewhere" for the emotional/sexual connection that I am being deprived. Is there something MORE that I should be doing to help my marriage, or am I just holding on to something that is most likely already gone?

My sisters husband beat her up and even hit her daughter which is not his! and she left him thank god but she will not go file for a divorce.. she lost custody of her daughter because of him abusing them and her aunt has custody and she is living there with the baby.. Now she told me that she does not want to get a divorce because she knows that he will get married again.. SO WHAT!
She will have a better chance of getting custody back once she gets a divorce.. and another thing.. He is not the father of her baby and now since she left she is saying maybe he is the baby's dad.. i know he is not because they broke up and she was already 7 months pregnant before she even went back to him. after being separated for over a year!.and was living with me..
What do i say to her to help her get over him and get a dam divorce!
A nice way to put it without being to mean even though i want to smack her upside the head

We just got married on 2/1. He moved to WI from IL, so subsequantly, quit his job. It took him 2 months to find a job-which was at a small engine shop...not computers like he is most interested in (and very good at). He was there from 4/17-6/30... He got let go because the work load slowed down dramatically. I have been working full time this whole time.

We are moving on 8/1 & the apartment is SO far from being ready to go. He claims it's because it's "my stuff"...although he could very well pack various areas up that may not be my personal stuff (he moved in with me when we got married, so the furniture, etc. was previously mine). He has packed 2 boxes.

He keeps saying that he'll clean up around here...the kitchen is almost unusable, and the steak he pulled out yesterday is still on the counter (because we ended up going to my mom's last night to do laundry and ate there).

What can I do to get him out of a lazy funk? ANY advice will be great! He wasn't like this before...

I have not seen my husband since April this year and am not going to be seeing him again until November 16th, our first wedding anniversary. All I can think of doing is going to a motel for a few days, but I just want to do even more to surprise him and give him a good time apart from the obvious. What can I do for him??? And what kind of paper gift do I buy him???

Someone I know told me that you can as they know of a couple who have done exactly that. Is this true? I've always thought that this was illegal as they are genetically too close, it would be a bit like marrying one of your siblings. I'm just intrigued to know your thoughts on this and whether you know any more about this subject then I do.

Someone recently IM'd me and told me my husband was a liar and queer. Of Course I got mad at the sender, but my curiosity got the better of me and I logged into his IM. He has been doing some very dirty chatting with both women and men. He told several women he was leaving me for them, but most he told he was divorced. I did not think his internet activity went much past looking at porn, but some of the things I read in his message archive were shocking to me. He is a very jealous person and if I even speak to another man in his prescence he gets upset. I know if it was the other way around and he found me doing this he would beat the hell out of me before he left me and filed for divorce. He dosen't hit me, but threatens to if I cheat. I'm not sure how to deal with this. My family has all disowned me for marrying this guy, now I'm finding out he's lied about everything including his criminal past. I have no money, no job, no car, no where to go. Help I really need some advice!

might find a way to get along with my husband? We fight over petty things and I just walk away instead of standing there and getting my feelings hurt. I sometimes think that both him and I have taken on the blank you attitude. Once in a while there is a spark of niceness but then the other one will say or do something sarcastic or even rude and then that nice second is over. Any suggestions?

I am just wondering why my ex is so angry /hate me? I initiated the contact just to get things done. Settle unfinished business so to speak. I haven't seen him for about 10 years. In the beginning, things were fine but later on I am being accused again of getting on his nerve and nagging him? I just want to get this over and done with but he makes it so hard and complicated. I don't understand his signals anymore. I don't understand whether he wants me to leave him alone or not. But from what I know he has lots of women in his life. I am not the reason why we separate. I can't remember anything that I have done to hurt him this much.
