make a romantic dinnner for him/ and u and get some wine and be dress up nice for him or u could ask him to take u to a nice restaurant and have dinner there and just talk about the good times that u and him have had together since u have being with him and tell how u feel about him and that u would like to spend more years with him and that u will always be there for him

If you would like to celebrate it with all your friends and family, then u can arrange for a secret get together and give your hubby a surprise or if you intend to celebrate it all alone then you can arrange a special dinner for two at oneof his favourite restaurants or give what he likes most both material and non- material.
