I have been married for 10 years and with the same person for 16 years, I have been thinking the same thing for awhile now, It is a very hard thing, make sure you totally done, and Not in Love anymore.. because once you make the step it is hard to go back. Think about the person you are about to leave if you can see them with another women/ man that is not you then your relationship is done and you are just holding on for security. Stay strong..

Why aren't you in love anymore? Your vows said until death do you part. Make sure this isn't just a stage you are going thru, all marriages go thru it at one time or another. Maybe you aren't treating each other the way you did earlier on in your marriage and you have let the love lite go down to a flicker instead of a full flame. Start the courtship over again and give it a second chance. Take a break and do some fun things together. Don't give up yet.

sit down and look your spouse right in the eyes and ask, are we really happy anymore? And follow it up with, lets talk about that. No matter how they answer, say you want to really think about it. Odds are, the other person may be feeling the same way. Its better to go at it that way, then have a blow up at 3am with your wife suddenly blowing up by yelling " I want a Divorce!!!!"

First, self-evaluation. Make absolutely sure. Think of how you would want to hear it from your spouse. there is no easy way....just some ways are better than others. place the blame on yourself...."i'm not good enough for you anymore....i'm holding you back.....we've grown apart. just be as honest and calm about it as possible.

that is a hard one....but honesty would be best. it is very hard to stay with someone you do not love. you get bored and tend to nit pick. this could get ugly. i think i would just sit them down and start with "we really need to talk" GOOD LUCK

Sit him/her down and have a heart to heart talk with them. You never know things may happen and who knows?
