Well need a little more to go with here. But if your unhappy and have tried everything else, counseling take a vacation, talking to each other not at each other and if you have done all those things and you still cant be in the relationship then its time for you to go . You just pack and leave. Its not going to be easy but its what you have to do. Now if your being abused in anyway NO NEED for talking NO NEED for concealing JUST GO !! there is always some place you can go. But like I said need a little more to go on.

you pick either a door or a window to go out of and then put one foot in front of the other.

on a serious note, it is hard, very hard, emotions will play out and feelings will be hurt, booze and a new relationship do help, but it takes time to get over it all

with dignity; You have to be brave take tiny steps and move on( I say this fro exp. 16yrs.) don't date that would only make it worse just socialize if you get into a committed one so soon it'll only cause more trauma for you, can't be more frank here without being personal but keep your head high cry alot and try to move on. good luck

The same way you end any relationship; you make up your mind you are doing the right thing and then you go.

Say goodbye, and pack your things and start over. If this is a marriage, call a lawyer.

Through the front door.
