Hi. I'm now a 16 ( almost 17 year old ) junior in high school. In my freshman year when I was 14 I was "date" raped. My "boyfriend" who was several years older than me ( 18 almost 19 to be exact ) drugged me and took my virginity. All my freshman year I had lied and snuck around to date him because my aunt who I lived with wouldn't let me date till I was older (16). The other day my aunt and I got into an argument because I kissed a boy she doesn't like and I lied about it, and she told me "Haven't you learned what happened two years ago?", and also "Look what lieing got you before." She's basically blaming my rape on ME. Even though I did lie I've tried to deal with it by telling myself it wasn't my fault. It hurts me SOO bad when she says stuff like this. I mean am I in the right that no blame should rest on me? How can I make her understand it wasn't my fault? She's a college educated teacher . She's had pyschology classes so I figured she'd be able to understand at least a little.

I split up with my ex 8 years ago. He was violent towards me for a while but gained access to our son. Over the past few years things have settled and improved & recently we have been on quite good terms.
However, he is very hostile to my partner of 4 years always saying he should "stay away" from his son (its my son too!!!) Every so often he rears his head and makes threats to my partner~ last night they showed up in the pub where my boyfriend drinks & were threatening (no reason for it though)
He has not done enough for an arrest or injunction. What do I do? I am very protective of my partner- he is very special to me & doesnt deserve this treatment from what is essentially a thick yob.
I realise my ex sees him as a threat, but that doesnt excuse his behavour. I have tried to reassure him but he still "flares up"
I know its not all about me, but it makes me feel so anxious and nervy- I pray a lot but need practical advise too...

I lost my daughter because of drug problems but have been sober going on 2 years now but am scared of being told i will not be able to be in her life.I never gave up my baby,i just needed to grow up and get my life together. I realize 4 years later is bad enough but she still is MY daughter and I just dont know how to even try to begin on finding how to proceed this. Any advise would be highly appreciated.

I have a 4 year old daughter and if I even go in the garden she is calling after me. They say madeleine may have opened the door and wandered off, she wouldnt have done it quietly. She would have been calling mum and dad, or crying. Especially in the night. Kids dont like the dark, Im nervous at night imagine a child on the street. I think quite a few people heard her 10pm at night is not bedtime for adults. People go partying, dinner. I think more than one person has seen her. Someone heard her crying or calling. Do you think she is still alive it reminds me of the Jessica and Holly and the ben needham and the countless of kids in america never found.

My Uncle just past today he was on life support since yesterday. He had a heart attack and collasped and had a seizure. We were all hoping (praying) for the best but he didn't make it. My uncle doesn't have any kind of life insurance or benfits or anything that can help us with the funeral cost. He lived with my grandmother and couldn't work cause of his bad heart. Theres no money! We have to try and scrap up something to have him sent off in the proper way. My question is how much would a very low budget funeral run round? This is a serious question please don't post any ignorant answers or rude remarks. All so how do i help my family especially my mother she lost her father april 22, two years back and now her brother. I want to help her i want to help my whole family but i can't because its hard for me to im trying to get by. Im taking it a little better than i expected but its still hard watching the rest of the family grieve. Today was supposed to be different.

It's pretty complicated, but just trust me...
I think I hurt my mom's feelings this morning, by not going to church... That in itself is a complicated issue, that I don't really want to talk about right now, but I think it made her sad, even though she didn't even ask me to go. We actually sort of celibrated Mother's Day yesterday, because someone invited her and my dad to an Aniversary party today, but I still feel guilty. I want to make it up to her... any ideas?

He constantly tells me how great I am with our 5 month old son. We got into a fight last week in which he said some hurtful things to me. He would not even spend the weekend with me, and decided to go out with his friends last night instead of spend time with me on my first mothers day. i have been married to her son for a yr now.....
and i dnt know but she is really annoying...
we live with my inlaws only coz they are old and we have to take care of them (he is 72 and she is 60).......in their house....i mean my hubby is a doctor (3rd yr residency) so we can like afford a place of our own.........
no my question us since the day we got married she never let us go alone anywhere.........i mean we didnt even go on our honeymoon yet!!
every vacation my hubby gets she wants to go to her daughter's place in georgia and spend every vacation there........
even on weekends she won't let us go out by ourselves!!!she has to go with us even to he night clubs!!! i mean for god's sake she is 60!

My husband and I are on limited income right now and he is wants to take her to dinner. We take his parents to dinner for every major holiday. I know a woman whos husband is a real prince. He spends HIS money on drugs, booze and other women. He thinks he's the best thing out there. He treats his wife and kids like 2nd class citizens. He makes good money but spends it mostly on himself. Now he's letting his wife sell her eggs for $7,000 and she thinks he will put in a kitchen that he tore out last year in august and blew the insurance money he recieved to put it back..( Had some mold on 1 wall and went crazy taring out everything) She says they need the money for the kitchen and the risk of complications is only 1% . I told her any good man would stop going to the bars and get a second job before he would let his wife, the mother of his kids do that. She has been with him 10 years and don't think she is worthy of anything but what he demands of her. She has no self respect left but wants a kitchen. I told her to wake up and kick him out and i'll put in a kitchen for her and take care of her and her kids. What do u think?

Well My real dad was abusive times 100. He got my mom preg. and left her because he wanted a boy he came back and kidnapped my sis.. (my mom got her back) HE use to call and then stoped i founed he got aressted for meth.... he went on jerry springer and proposed to a girl when i was watchin and the fact is that means he was only a couple hours away and didnt come back... Even though he has done all that i cant help but to miss him and want to see him again Is that a good idea???? But now all my relationships are bad cause i geuss im am so afraid there gonna be like my dad....... I just need advice...

My mum passed away six years ago, although I miss her at times. I rememeber mum daily and the lessons she taught me.
Today been mothers day, I don't miss my mum. Am I been cold hearted??
