We are 28 and 23. Married for 3 months. Just wondering how many kids we can have. We have a house on our own already.

I think you should wait about 2 years and in my oppinion I would say that 2-3 is perfect. Why? Because 1 you may spoil them and they maybecome a brat. and more then 3 maybe be a little tuff. It deppends how much you like kids too. Good Luck!

I have 2 kids already and I have to say a thing or 2, it's not how many are perfect for a family, if it were possible I'd have a million! since you've been married for a few months look at it like this:
1. Are we financially stable?
2. Are we ready for a baby?

those are the two main questions in my opinion, and if you can answer yes to both then have as many kids as you like. But for a number I have to say no more then 4, spread out through time of course.

Two To Three. Although Families With Two Kids Seem To Have More Troublesome Brats. The Children Get Sick Of Each Other But With Three Theres Less Chance Of That Happening. Hope I Helped =D

It depends on yourselves and your aspirations. If you want a overseas holiday every year, a new car every second year, and your mortgage paid off before your 40, skip the kids altogether. If you are willing to compromise, take local holidays, do with your car until it doesn't go any more and are willing to take a lifetime to pay off the mortgage, then you probably can afford as many as fit in your heart.
Myself, I'm from a family of ten. A car lasted over 10 years, and we didn't have a lot. But we did have two parents who were there for us, who taught us money doesn't grow on trees and the value of a dollar, but we never did without the essentials. And we were richer than many of our "better off" friends - we knew we were loved.

I would have to also go with two, a girl and a boy. That's what I have, and now that they are adults they are best friends even more.
We where 6 children, then mum got remarried and 6 more to the tribe, it was hard yet we dozen had so much fun. Only now that we are grown we seldom see each other.
Best wishes for you

I think a boy and a girl is pretty successful. It depends on your preferences, think about how many siblings you and your spouse grew up with. Ask your close friends and your parents for their thoughts on the matter.
