Family - January 2007

My 2 cousin which I was very close to until they started drugs,hooking,stealing are really messed up right now and I have no clue on how I can help them.The first one has had 4 children already.She got 3 of them takin away and adopted out so she had another one which child services allowed her to keep.Idont understand cause she has never went to treatment or anything.Well she is now pregnant again:( still on drugs(hiding it well)The other one is her sister which is pregnant with her 3rd child.the first adopted out the 2nd takin away last year in a drug rade of her house and now again.The problem is that social serveces are allowing her to keep this baby too without treatmentdid I mention she has full blown aids and so does all her babies.Whats wrong with this picture.she sees nothing wrong in having these already sick babies/having them takin away then having another to solve that problem.I don't talk to them but around Christmas they called and bragged bouttherepregnancies.whatcanido?

My spouse has 4 sisters.I call them my outlaws lol. One of them was at rock bottom this summer when she split from her fiance, so I took her and her 3 kids into our home which was hard for my kids and spouse(doesnt like living with family) We re-arranged our whole routine for them. I watched her kids everyday free of charge.had supper on the table when she came home, Made sure her kids were fed,cleaned and happy.which was her job but oh well,didnt charge her anything for rent.just alittle food money and made sure knowone ever got bored.The problem I have is with the mother.Lots and lots of problems went on.The biggest one was was she ended up moving outta town to be with another man. Well she forgot about someone,one of her sons,she sent him to live with his dad which lives on main St.In a grungy hotel with no stove,1 bed,(hooker valley) I now take him once a month. She calls and brags bout her 4 bed. house etc.My Q is..should I step in and say something I feel so bad:(Ilovethoseboys)

hi im 14 yr old boy and i got lots of problems i dont go to skool i am in trouble for criminal damage 3 times i mess about and dont listen to anyone but noone knows why i do this i never met my dad and my brothers and sisters dont live with me because the live with dad and 2 work and have family so im the youngest i get bored smash break do what eva i want and if people want me to change i am NOT. NEVER but my mum is angry and upset and said why did i need to even have you i see nothign in you that what she said and i used to be great but when i got older and no dad or brother cois they dont want to live here and i feel left out i see social worker dr and youth afenders and i will NOT change my life its already messed up what do i care i wanted to be a DOCTOR when i grow up but i dont think so now properly drugs all tho i never wanted to become this perosn i have now and i dont want to change. IM CONFUSSED i dont like my mum geting in trouble because ofme and angry any tips anything?

i lost my parents when i was young an have been alone most of my life, i have a daughter who i live with but no partner. i met one of my neighbors about four years ago an she is lovley i started to call her mom an she started cooking for me an looking after me an my little one. after a few weeks a called her mom an that kinda stuck we spent a lot of time together an started doing the shopping together. we have reacently had a row an i stay alone most of the time, we still talk but its not the same i feel like i have lost my mom all over again an now i havent got anyone who i can talk to or feel close with what can i do?

my mom became really distant when i turned 12 or so, I grew up without guidance, wihtout much affection & on top of this she was pretty manipulative. My home felt like a cardborad box, it felt cold, and also uncomforable cause I had to deal with mom and my sister.
I left my home feeling empty, Ive tried to talk things with mom to reconcile but she is in denial. Ive had to distance myself cause Ive realized she is not going to change.
Ive been offered some help by a couple of women who want to give me some guidance and afection and wonder if this people could help me get some of the parenting I didnt get.
And I wonder if I will ever feel joyful again cause my mom pretty much broke my heart.

My Aunt and her boyfriend were together for 19 years and have 5 kids together, the youngest three are 11, 12, and 13. They recently separated and now he is not doing anything for his younger kids. My aunt filed for child support but now he is saying he wants a paternity test to prove that they are his. Doesn't he still have to pay child support if he has been taking care of them for all these years.

My fiance is a good deal older than me....which makes all my future in-laws older than me. Do you have any ideas on how I can fit with them a little better? I'm young enough that after we marry, I'll have a nice who is older than me. This girl who I use to be best frriends with has lied to me and used me ever since I was a little girl. She won't stop with the lies and she doesn't know I know the truth. What should I do should I play her game and show her I'm not a little girl anymore and she can't just toy around with me anymore like I'm some sort of doll? And her kids are living at my house. my family is taking care of them. she makes up excuses on why she can't take them back yet. For months my sister in law kept saying over and over again when I talked to her on the phone I can't wait til christmas eve but your probably not coming and I told her I would be going. So we ended up going and the moment we walked into the door my sister in law started saying some rude things. Like Oh i didnt think you were going to make it and what are you doing here. After we were there for about 15 minutes people that my daughter didnt know started getting into her face talking to her and she started to cry cause she wasnt familiar with them and she was also teething that night which made her a little fussy also. My sister in law and her boyfriend said over and over again its my husbands and my fault. My daughter hasnt seen my sister in law since she was a few months old cause she never comes over to visit. She is a trouble maker so I stay away from her. She also made me made cause she told my mother to back off and stay away from her granddaugher. How should I handle this?

ok so I have a daughter that Im currently paying support for. I live in MN and the laws are about to change. I pay about 500 a month. I make alot more than she does and I never see my daughter bc the mother wont let me. ive gotten over that part I just wnat to know if Im going to pay more.

it all started a cpl of days ago, i was goin out 4 dinner with my boyfriend and his parents everything was fine nd den wen my boy friend nd i came home. i was goin2 cook some chips so i heated some oil in the kitchen. i went2 the toilet nd totally 4got bout the oil. it lit on fire the whole kitchen was in flames. i didn't know wat2 do the first thing i thort was omg wat hav i done i ran2 the laundry got the bucket nd filled it up with water nd ran2 the kitchen 2 put out the fire. it went out but my older brother had oil on his legs nd got burnt a bit. my older sister is goin 2 go away 2 adelaide on monday she says that she can not trust me i think this has nothin2 do with trust i understan wat happened was irresponsible.it was an accident she is restricting me2 see my boyfriend, she is takin away the one person i can only talk2 it is unfair! i am goin2 find a job but i hav no employment skills i have never worked be4 i am currently 16 yrs of age nd in need of great guidance plz help me

But she has had four misscarriages and she have five that are alive. I think that she don't need more but she wantz a lot but shes havin trouble becuz her youngest kids dad has a kid by my nieces and nephews so called auntie but I think that my sister is stupid 2 stay with a man that won't work to take care of his kids.
