first thing you need to do is get back into court and get some set in stone visitation. im in the same boat right now. my visitation was stipulated on my leave from the army. now that im out she wont let me see my daughter. so now im going back to court to get new visitation cause im in the same state again. childsupport can only be adjusted upon request to change the order. either one of u can do this. if the time with your daughter is increased with more visitation you will actually pay less. get a lawyer or go to a typing service that types the court documents you need. and good luck

The change in the MN will consider the income of BOTH parents. So it is possible you will be paying less. However, if you are going to file for a reduction, you might also get your parental visitation rights enforced as well.
She cannot deny you parental visitation rights. If she is, the courts will sanction her.

DANG let me move to MN....I only get 200 dollars a month ha/ha. You shouldnt get over the fact that youre paying 500 dollars a month for a kid you cant see.Get a lawyer and either fight for custody rights or get a lwayer and give up your rights.

If you are paying child support then technically she can't stop you from seeing your daughter. About if you will paying more you need to talk to a lawyer. Its sounds like she is just using you for money. good luck

Do you have any information about how the law is going to change? Link the current law and then link the changes and I can read them and let you know.

Take her back to court, I noticed that you said you have gotten over not seeing your daughter, how can you say that, all you seem to be worried about is the money, no wonder she left.

See a family lawyer in your area. More then likely, there will be some willing to do some pro bono work if you cannot afford it. Child support laws suck, especially if you can't see your kid.
