Family - January 2007

My sister was recently arrested...I took possesion of her children 6 year old girl and a 9 year old boy... My daughter is 12 and my son is 9...The boys fight w/ each other ....the lil one Fights w/ the boys, is not listening, argues and wants EVERYTHING...I need some suggestions on how to Blend this Family w/out having anyone feel left out!!!!!

I have a BIG issue! My boyfriend's mother is beyond involved in our relationship. She has an EXTREMELY crude humor and disrespects me and embarrasses me infront of his family constantly. I just shrug it off and try to ignore it because I love him deeply and want to get along with his family including his ill-manered mother. But, recently she totally crossed the line by saying something sexually related about me and her son's relationship. She also put me in a horrid situation by telling me not to tell him. However I did because that was too personal and I felt he needed to know she was crossing the line. Anyway, I don't want to live with that the rest of my life. I would be able to if I felt he completely had my back but, he doesn't all the way. He expects me to get over it because I know how she is. And yes, I know how she is, but is that correct for him to tell me to deal with it the rest of my life? That will eventually create problems.I'm stuck.Should I stay or go?

i feel like just walking out and leaving my kids, i am not always happy here and they give me so many problems. They never help me round the house, i have to nag my son for hours to get up in the morining, i hate it, i get letters off the school hes always late and dosent, always go pretends hes ill. olivia has been excluded form school for bad behaviour. i have their friends sleeping alot. some are rude. i never get a break from taylor. i wuld never do it but i feel it like it sometimes. i thnk why should i bover i am doing a useless job, look out they are turning out.

after having a party i found myself, coming face to face with my partner sister ,and she made it quite clear that i could see her as well as her sister, she went on to tell me about what i had done to her sister ,she would like me to do to her, i do not now what to do, in one hand this is a mans dream come true but not when it is really this close, if i tell my partner its going to start a new chain of events off, i have lost trust in my partners, i now she is her sister but did not expect her to talk about what we get up to where sex is concerned ,i am hopping that somebody who this had this happen to will drop me the bad parts to this,or from sister to this has happened to,i do not want to loss on this one so trying to focus on the negative , i have done nothing wrong and at the moment kept my mouth shut, what do you think ? i can not sleep at night tq for the web

i am 14 years old, i am yelled at constantly, told i will never amount to anything, completely ignored when i accomplish something, and my dad is making me get a job. this started when my mom died in august of '05, and its nonstop, constant, degrading, i dont remember a night since then that i havent cried myself to sleep, my brother also never talks to me unless he is yelling at me.... is this emotional abuse or am i just being overly sensitive?

My parents are stopping me from having any life at all. I don't see my friends outside of school except for twice. It used to be because my mom didn't know the parents, but now it's because our house is really dirty and she doesn't have time to take me to their house. All i do is watch tv, listen to music after school. And the worst part is that she doesn't think it's a big problem. She says that other teenagers don't really do much either. I wanted to join a team sport but she says, that again she doesn't have time. Suggestions?

First I want to say I love my parents very much, but if you have read my other question you know I have had problems with them. I currently live with my parents and I am pregnant with my first child. The father and I have had our problems but have worked things out and are now planning on moving back in togather. My mom can not stand him and as long as I live in her house has told me that if I even talk to him I have to leave. So we have been talking and seeing each other in secret. We have only seen each other a few times considering I dont have a car and have been using my parents van. So how do I tell my mom that I am moving out, since as far as she knows I have not even been talking to him??

what would you all think if your ex an you broke up an he/she moved in on one of your family members...?? To much of keepin it in the family if you ask me.. My seven year old son lives with my sister and her husband. My son went out on the road with his Uncle this evening on the big truck. My sister said that her husband checked the wheather report before they left and he thinks that they are in no significant danger due to the wheather this weekend. I get my news from the Internet and what I saw says other wise. Oklahoma is preparing for the worst. Everyone is worried about running out of supplies such as sand for the roads, etc. Yet my family thinks that I am worried for no good reason. We live West of Ft Worth. What do you think?

I have an idiot for a biological father, who never paid a dime, my mother never asked him, because she just wanted him out of her life and her childrens.. for that I am grateful..but I can't help but wonder if this is something a person should forget, or a person should go after, I am not a money hungry person, but after having a family of my own, I can't imagine a father not taking responsibility for his own children...I feel like my mother was not in a good place back then, she just wanted out, and I don't blame her,but I can't help but feel that this man who fathered 3 daughters should be able to go through life never having to be responsible, I have often felt unworthy of certain things in life, and I can't help but wonder if some or much wasn't to do with having a dead beat dad...if there are any lawyers out there that could offer advice, I would certainly appreciate it.... and any support, or suggestions from anyone would be great.. Is it greedy to want my dead beat dad to pay..

I have been thinking about adopting a child in the future, and I'm only 18. I mean, why bring a child to the world when you know you can make a difference in another kids life? If you were one of my parents, would you treat the child that I adopted as your very own grand child? Or treat him/her differently because he/she did not share the same blood as you and I? I'm curious...what would you do?

I am in desperate need of surgery. I am asking for any donation that can help me out. I am willing to prove or send info that is asked of me just to prove I need this . I have tumors and fibroids that need to be removed hysterectomy. I dont have ins. and I thought I would just see if I could get some help here.

Who is our creator our mom or our dad? oh and dont give me answer like "god" because i am asking about birth here. Anyways,isnt it true that in most stories the creations turn on their masters who created them? does that mean kids turn their backs ont heir parents? disrepceting them? I am the older of two children, and I am, quite frankly, miserable. My sister often gets beter treatment than I do, and when my parents say to "point it out" when this happens, I do. But I get screamed at! I have heard that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, but she is only two years younger than me and copies everything I do!!! With one exception, when I do it, I get disapproval, when she does it, she gets praise! My friends and even my enemies agree with me! I feel as though I am going to EXPLODE! Please help me!
