By "good time" what exactly was it supposed to mean...I mean you're guys right? Unless he meant some kind of whore house wasn't there really no point worrying? And since you said no doesn't that answer all of your own conscience questions? Tell your parents if you trust them...

Well, obviously you didn't go with him to see about his good time cause your here writing and not dead.So, Realize there are all kinds of sick mental cases out there and avoid anything that doesn't sound right.
You can call the cops and tell your parents about it but its highly unlikely they will ever find him.But it is likely your parents will get freaked out and want to coddle you more and not want you to go out much in fear of something happening to you.
If I was you, try to travel more in large groups.Their is strength in numbers and if ever approached by this guy or another creep again,Take off in the other direction A.S.A.P.

Of course you have to tell your parents . Imagine, if you are parents , you would like your children to share every encounter with you, too. Parents are the ones who will tell their own children the truth, and guide their own children in the right direction. Please talk to your parents immediately.

you need to tell someone if he gets near someone alone and does soemthing to that kid and you had a chance to stop him than that will be bad.
