18.....unless you have a baby and are self supporting before then....at that point, you would be considered emancipated....

It's likely 18, same as nearly all of the U.S.

If you really want to get out and you have a job and can show that you are capable of paying rent and feeding yourself you can talk to a lawyer about legal emancipation from your parents. People as young as 14 have been considered adults for the purposes of living on their own if they can successfully be emancipated from their parents.
