hes 50, he lives on a farm and has more tools and tractors and stuff than anyone i've ever met in my life. He's always working on the farm and he wouldnt like something like a vacation because he would rather work (honestly i know its wierd but he gets very upset when he has to take a day off to do something else like spend a day on the lake or anything!) so i honestly have no idea what to get him... he has all the tools he'll ever need and dosent like to do anything else!!

I just recently found out that my biological father lives 6 hours away from me. I haven't seen him since I was 3, and I'm 33. My mother and him divorced and went their separate ways, he never paid child support and I never heard from him. I have a child of my own now. She's 3. I have a disease, and my mom thinks he has it too. I really want to ask him about it. Also, and this is big, he's rich, I mean he's a millionaire. Should I ask him for money?

My daughter is 14 years old & I can’t get her to take care of her self at all! When she was younger all she wanted to do was dress up & put make up on everyone. Now, she doesn’t care! She wakes up at 6 in the morning to take a shower, but that’s it. She won’t brush her teeth (we’ve already spent $7,000 on braces), or her hair, she won’t wash her face (she’s struggling w/ acne & I’ve taken her to the dermatologist who given her things but she “forgets” to use them)! I’ve tried to get her to take care of herself by taking her to the salon, buying her make up & clothes, but my daughter looks like she’s living on the streets. Both my husband & I try to get her to hang out with her friends & offer to take/drop them off at the movies, but she doesn’t want to. Now she’s gone from a straight “A” student to an “F” student…we ask her why she’s struggling & she says she just didn’t want to do her home work. We’ve checked her for drugs & had her talk with a therapist, but as parents we are lost as to what to do. I don’t expect her to be “perfect,” but I’m worried that she won’t take pride in herself.

Im 13, a girl my age is one of my best friends. Unfortunately she joined a bad crowd and lately has been doing some bad and dangerous stuff, like drinking, I told her to leave those guys but she didnt. Her mom suspected of something and asked have a talk with me about her daughter. I said Ok and was thinking about what I's tell her, after all it's kinda bad to tell on a frend and break her trust, though I'm sure her mom only wants to protect her and is a nice woman. But her mom talked with my parents first and today soon after lunch her mom came over, she had arranged with my partents we'd have a conversation ,her me, my parents. I was caught by surprise, got embarrassed.Her mom was kinda nervous, even crying and asked me to tell the truth. I ended up telling everything I knew, though I said she's my friend and a good girl. I have a wonderful relationship w/ my parents, but they messed up, they should have told me her mom would come over, could never expose me to that situation.

My husband recently had a stroke .His family is not from this country.while my husbands stay in the hos. i got into a lil arguement w/ his fam. over nobodys was getting any answers about what was going on w/ my husband, they tought i knew what was going on & was not telling them because my husband signed a paper saying i would make all final decesions. Since then they have not came to see my husband now he is home &doing well they want us to come to there house for christmas eve.to . I told him to go & be w/ his family. We can spend christmas day together., the funny thing is i really liked them before all of this. Maybe because after everything i felt like it didnt matter they should have been there for him.Not mad at me for cursing them out they should have not abandond him they way they did.Now that he's better they want us to be like all this never happened. Iam not mad at them i just dont want to be around people like that

anyone who lives there, please be careful...especially the women.....they found 2 more bodies today a few hundred yards apart, thats 5 in one week...this is not a question but i do urge you all to be very careful when your out and try not to go out alone....be safe...these girls may have been prostitutes but they were still women....i hope they catch him soon because someone else is bound to end up in the hands of this monster.....please be safe

I have never gotten along with my stepmom and she has never really liked me. With us constantly disliking each other it has made my relationship with my dad more difficult to have. I invited her to my wedding mostly to smooth things over with my dad, but that has back fired. She doesn't want anything to do with me. Which I am okay with except I know this is going to hurt my dad. Now I am wondering if my dad will come to my wedding at all.

My husband's parents are driving out for 3 whole days for Xmas this year. They are staying with my brother in law's family...2 hours away. My husband's kids (who I do not get along with AT ALL) will be there too. I don't care to be around any of my husbands family. His parents are gossips, his brother is rude to his wife...calls her a fat a$$ b*tch, etc and his brother kids AND his kids are rude, horrible, delinquent brats.
We are supposed to drive 2 hours each way, in L.A. work traffic to go take a "family" picture and hang out. I have zero desire. The thought of it is making me sick.
We have a 4 yr old son who I have to pick up from school that day. I still have to go to work the day of and day after so playing "sick" wont work.
I need a really good, believable excuse to avoid the whole thing altogether...making it look like it's not my fault and there is no way I could have avoided it.
Any creative ideas?

Ok tell me what you think, I have a brother who tries to take care of his 4 kids out of 2 ladies, and one is not even his. But out of both bitches they want money but wont let him see his kids and if he does one would only let him see his son for 2 hours the boy loves his daddyand hasnt seen his dad in a year, out of the whole weekend she only let him see him for 2 hours and the other ***** well she let the kids live with him cuz shes sick but as soon as shes better she tears them out of shcool and wont letthem see there dad intill she gets sick again. and the kids dont even live with her they live at there grandmas in a diffrent house then their moms. He is such a good dad he does everything with them parks ,homework, takes them to work sometimes ,gets involved with dance stuff like that and she does nothing with them dont even take care of them, litteraly. they do live 6hrs away he takes them to see her when shes sick, these kids are put threw hell everytime she does it.

He and I have been a couple for about 2 and a half years. We are soulmates and know we want to spend the rest of our lives together. We get along wonderfully and no doubt will be able to live happily. The only thing is that last night he told me that he doesn't want children in the future, knowing how important starting a family is to me. This really bothered me because he used to tell me a family of our own would be nice. He is wonderful with kids and would make a great dad, he even told me how wonderful a mother I would be. My sons that are five, father was murdered. It will be a month on Thursday. I can't get this feeling out my head. You see, his sister and mother didn't get along with me. And I'm feeling a bit upset over this situation. My sons father has a baby boy that is 6 months old. At his furneral, his mom and sister was holding and comforting the baby as well as his new baby momma. I felt a little of jelousy because when my sons were 6 months they didn't even come around. I felt so hurt by seeing that. I felt like leaving the furneral because of them comforting her but I'm the mother of his first born sons. Now that he's dead, it's like they want to come around. What should I do? How can i get over this jelousy feeling?
