She's older than me and Im under her care (legally) but she keeps poking into my business and I cant get her to give me more privacy
what should I do?

Legal guardianship makes it a different sister sister relationship. Now she has to act like a mother. That has to be hard for her. She probably doesn't know how to be a mother and doesn't what to let you down. If she didn't have a legal responsible 'big sister's' will always get into your business. They been there done that. Let her know that you understand her legal side and that you know that she loves you but you do have the right for privacy. Tell her "Have trust in me I do listen to you and I do remember all of your advise. I will make mistakes tho. First step to trust is privacy. Privacy goes both ways, so you should understand how importance it is." Keep talking and listening to her. Do not lie to her, tell her what is going on in your life that will help your sister, which will help you get privacy. Keep in mind two things (1)'you listen to her, she will listen to you. (2)If she didn't love you, she would not care. Good luck.

1.Hang out in your bedroom nude that way she'll knock before entering. 2. Keep a fake diary and leave it around so she can read it. Write stuff in like " Dear Diary, I know this is bad but I think I am falling in love with my sister because she cares so much about me and my business."
She'll be sure to give you some distance then.

If you are under her care, not much of anything. While she is your sister, sounds like she also has the role of being the parent. Be thankful that she is there for you. You could not have family and be at a juve home. Not fun.

Well you can start going out more like to the movies with friends(With out your sister)And just stay in your room more.

she maybe interested in your life...maybe you and her can have a better relationship and spend more time together. She may feel that she does not know you, so that is why she is poking around.

if your under her care your pretty much outta luck! be thankful she is there for you and loves you. even if she is being a bratty sister.
