ok my mom is a doctor and she is very busy. she sees sometimes 10-20 patients a day. tomorrow i have an appointment with a hand surgeon as a post op office visit. (i had an electrical accident and so i had to go to a hand surgeon) anyway, we have known about this appointment for 3 weeks now and today she asked me if i wanted to post pone my appointmen tbecause she has alot of patients to see tomorrow. but yet i have an appointment and she has cancled patients appointments before. also i had already planned to miss school bc i got all my make up work turned in already. should i feel sympathy and wait or just go? what would u tell her?

does anyone else besides me feel uncomfortable when ur parents are talking to u about puperty? or when ur parents are talking to other parents about ur puperty like right in front of u and they know u can hear it?

my moms with him (shes out of town)i knew it was going to happen but i dont know whats wrong with me..
it happened in the morning i just cried but not really then i forgot all about it and it just hit me right now that hes dead i really didnt know him but i know how my mom feels(my grandma died when my mom was 8 so she loves my grandfather a lot) so i dont know what to say to her when she comes back?and am i a horrible person for not caring until now?i dont know i feel horrible

It's been 2 weeks since it has happend, and It's not like I'm going to stop drinking if she keeps nagging me. I love the feeling of being drunk at a party, I love the very moment that I pass in the spot where I sleep for countless hours, I love the drunken nights of high school. She is always complaining that I'm too young, and I'm 17...I'm almost old enough to drink but whatever. And that sh­it I learned about my liver or whatever last year, I could care less.

Anyways..

She wouldn't even let my go out over Thanksgiving break, I had to lie and say I had to work on a project just to go out for one night, and when I came home late she was being a bi­tch.

Mothers are such whores. My dad is the coolest ever, he's always out of town and the only time I talk to him is when I ask him for money, and I'm completely fine with that, but my mom can fu­cking die. I hope he divorces her and she ends up with nothing.

My husband is bed-ridden and has pleaded with me too to do this for him as his time here is limited! Our kid's ask extremely difficult questions, like, " what's wrong with us?, why don't they love us enough to want to know us! What if something happends to Daddy ? They won't know how great he was. I could go on & on. Like I said earlier, we have a very close family, they DO-NOT understand "giving babies away to NON-family members, so-to-speak. NOW, The info. I have is right out of her mouth, as I have the court TPR TRANSCRIPT"S from court. She dated the guy all through high-school. Got pregnant from him @ 20yrs. old, not 12yrs. She told her family she had a job set-up in WI. Stayed with friends till she had him, then went home, told everyone the job just didn't work out. She has never married, and has no other children. She's some kind of proffesional now, the case worker said. I'm glad she got the life she wanted. My husband was placed in a home where he had to leave @ 16yrs.

I am 13. It feels like i have no control over anything and its always my parents. I am not even allowed to wear a little eyeshadow. They dont know how to live, they have a very high income but our computer is from the stoneage and our tv hardly works. I have to change when i get home because 2 hours of being outside with your clothes "Gets them dirty"!!! I dont have a choice in anything... Our house is a mess and everything is blamed on me. I am starting to think its me, but i have A LOT of friends and they all like me. I always get As in everything and Tons of guys in my school have crushes on me. My 25 year old daughter has decided basically that she's not ready to be a mom and has no patience with this child. The baby has been living in my home full time as of about 2 months ago. I have nothing in writing that allows me any rights. I have to tread on thin ice whereas my daughter is concerned. While she wants income tax on the child and wants COMPLETE custody and say so over said child, she has NO desire to care for her. As a matter of fact, she visits maybe twice a week for 10-30 minutes and sometimes takes the baby once a week for up to 10-12 hours to give me a break. (Her words) I am listed on paperwork with the childs pediatrition but my concern is that she has NO birth certificate yet and will lose her medical benefits if I don't obtain one. My daughter is dragging her feet on doing this. Hard to get her to cooperate with anything involving paperwork. I need something in writing that gives me some sort of rights so I can get necessary paperwork and such for this baby.

He's 35yrs. and has batteled Hodgkin's Disease since 1994. We have a 14yr. old son, & a 9yr. old daughter who is a carbon-copy of her father. My family is EXTREMELY close,as are we. They long to know these "other-people", who had NO-SAY in the decision made by ONE person that actually affected MANY, for YEAR'S!!! I respect her decison, but she told NO-ONE of her pregnancy. Not even the bio.- father. I believe my family has the right to see if these people would like to know, see, meet,etc. us. She does not have the right to speak for all the people who were biologically involved then, AND now, 35yrs. later. Now she's messing with MY Family! I believe, with all the info. I currently have from the State (WI.) (Family & Health History due to his illness) AND THIS SITE, we can find the other-half of our family. I'm running out of my limit of characters, so I'll get in what I can. DOB-Dec. 4th.,1970. She was born in a town in MI. with a pop. under 200 in 1950. Her sister was 4 in 1970.

I have a beautufl 28 yr. old married daughter w/ 2 beautiful grand children, that I cherish so much. My dilemna: My son in law is very self centered and controling, he tells my daughter things like it costs him $37 a night for her to live there and when she spends the night w/ me and my husband it is throwing money down the drain, that is one of many examples of why I say he is self centered and controling...agree so far? I made a big mistake and told my daughter how I feel about him, she became defensive and told me I am depressed and trying to break up their marriage! She now only calls when she needs me to child sit which is only about 2 times a month. She has her father in law and brother at their home constantly. This Thanksgiving I was hoping to have her family here for dinner but no, she made plans w/ them like has been going on for years. When I told her how hurt this makes me...she told me I am jealous. I am so distraught. any suggestions...thoughts? thanks

My brother-in-law (my sis's husb.) asked my brother advice on his curiousity of same sex relationships. FYI:my brother is gay. He told my brother that he is turned on looking at gay porn sites. My brother told him to talk to his wife about how he was feeling and was told to mind his own damn business and not to interfere with his marriage. My brotherinlaw even had the nerve to ask my brother about making connections to 'try it out'. What the F is his problem? Anyways, my dilemna is that my brother is too chicken to tell my sister and my family told me to leave it alone because they have 2 kids and who will help her raise the kids. He's borrowed money from my cousin's husband and has not returned any of it. If I approach my sis, she will accuse me of ruining her life & tell me to mind my business. She would blame me for not wanting her happy especially since my marriage didn't work out either. I'm going home for Christmas & I don't want to pretend I like him. What do I do?

When my parents fight it is really bad...dad leaves, mom threatens to commit sucide, the whole package. We are ushully up untell 1 or 2 when they fight...what can I do with my 10 year old brother to make him feel calmer and get his mind off of them? My grandmother is blind. My grandfather is going blind and is already partially deaf. My sister, whom they adopted 30 years ago is multiply handicapped, deaf and has cerebral palsy. My grandfather delivers newspapers with my dad and gets paid $60 a week. My grandmother can't work. My sister works at Salvation Army, and they do her wrong. She gets paid less than $1 an hour and works 40+ a week. Her average paycheck for 2 weeks is 40 cents. She only gets $250 a month in disability, and they're hurting. Bad. They have been buying their house for over 40 years, and the bank is now coming to get it. I've offered them a place to stay at my house, but I'm 800 miles away from them. They live down the street from my father, but he wants nothing to do with them because of my sister's disabilities. I need to know of a good place to post their story and help raise money for them. I've done craigslist, I've emailed Maury...and I would just like to know of a few more places where I can do so. TY.

i haven't talked to my dad side of the family for the past 13 or 14 years. My parents have turned me away from them because of things in the past that they can't do anything about now or then because of their own choices. today i went down to the cemeatry where we buried my grandmother and decided to stop in just to see if they would treat me like the susposily did my parents before all ties were broken off. they didn't they were actually surprised to see me and we exchanged numbers. but my problem is i'm still living with my parents and if they knew i talk to them and want to continue talking to them and actually have a relatonship with them now besight all the crap they would flip their lids.but i will be 20 in june and i feel that i should be able to have contact with my rest of my family if i please. so do i tell my parents that i went down and decided that i want to have contact with them. or do i do as i please anyways and hide from them until i'm no longer living with them?

Last year I went to Disney with my aunt, 2 cousins, and my grandparents. This year it'll be my aunt, my 2 cousins, my grandpa, & my cousin and his wife. My cousin Katie and her sister-in-law, Coral are going and any time they get together they leave me out of everything. They include everyone else except me. My parents are always fighting over every little thing. Of course they tell me theres no way they'll ever get divorced, and there not fighting that often. Ok im 22 and yes i hate to admit it but ive been living with my father for about 8 months ...Anyways my father always expects me to do what he says and i better do it right well lately he's been acting real funny and gets real mad at me for no reason well when he does tell me to do something i do it but its either not good enough or just something not right well heres another thing i dont get whenever he is mad at somebody he expects me to be mad too and when im not he gets really mad and threathens to kick me out but then he doesnt ... i dont get it ,,,what should i do ?

Christmas card, he dont get to see his dad but knows that he send him money monthly(child Suport) he also knows that he has a sister as well, she 4 and he tell everyone about her, even though he never meet her before. he wonder whyhis( real father) does not come around to visit him, I told him that me and his step-father loves him very much, he seem O.K with this. but want a sister so bad, I not going to have any more children in the future. I gave him a pet, a toy bear and gives him lots of attention. hoping he forget all about the little girl, maybe in the near future they will meet later in life and have a relationship....What do you think my friend said call her mother and we can meet and talk and the two of them will have a bond. I said forget it! My son dad seem like he did'nt want to have anything to do with us, which is O.K. with me, but for my son I don't know, I want to make the right choices for him right now he is 7.
