Me and this girl have been best friends for ages. We have traveled the world to see eachother and always have a great time together. She has had several crushes and the occasional bf but none last. I love her more than anything in the world but she doesn't seem to notice. She says she loves me as a brother but I cant live with that. When I'm with her there is nothing more wonderful. Im tired of being the friend. I make her laugh, smile, cry etc... but she never lets me in her heart. This girl is the joy of my life but to her i am only a "friend". I've tried telling her but to no avail. Am i selfish to want more? What can i do? Am i being used? Any advice would help.

PS. I buy her stuff. We go to the movies. We do everything together. Her Parents love me. I have made every effort known to hummanity. If we were older I would ask her to marry me!!
Let me add that we r both 18. I want to be able to support her before I decide to marry her.

they are no longer living together(we are in uk by the way), he is named as father on both of the birth certificates. Things are getting really messy now, and they are beginning to hate each other(yes i know this is terrible for the children).
He has now said that he feels she is too "twisted" to be looking after the children, and he wants them.
He has been active in the girls lives, he has them to stay one night a week, he always pays maintenance, but he is still living with parents.
I have told my sister that i doubt anyone would give him custody, but she is worried that if she lets him have the girls(aged 2and 4) this weekend he might not bring them back!

could he do this, and if he does just take the girls, can she prevent him legally?
sorry if i seem ignorant but i do not know much about this!

Well 2 years ago, my mum and my step-dad broke up, and not too long after we made friends with this guy Jeff and his son, who lived two doors down from us who had also broken up with his wife. He was a total alcoholic (still is) and it wasn't long till he moved in with us and his son and my sister hooked up, so they're living down at Jeff's old place. Anyways ever since he's been living here he's made my life a living hell. He calls me names like I'm stupid, worthless, lazy and tells me I've got nothing to live for. Last time we had a fight he was all "I've got more money than you". And so I replied, "So you should, you're 58." and so he said "I'll always have more money than you." So I laughed and said, "You wish". I went outside and he followed me (aka stalked), with his fists balled and started yelling at me about this crap. I told mum and she keeps telling me he's gonna leave soon, but he never does. What can I do to ignore him till I can get the money together to rent a house?

of course i opened a new account with no come back im not completly stupid and ive spoken with the chap for months he says out in nigeria looking after sick mom used his money up on medical expenses and need more money but can only get so much into the country he also says his from england mother married and english man i will not be sending anything to him until im sure it is cleared funds but what worries me is i would hate to be involved in something thats illegal but i wouldnt like to not help someone if they needed it the story is he went to nigeria to look after sick mom with cancel bills have been more than he expected on medics and he has no money for fair home so he want to pay off debts there and get him and mom back home as she wasnt well enough to travel before treatment ? i know far fetch but could be true he doesnt know but i lost my mother to cancer 16 yrs ago at 53 lucky or unlucky his just hit on a raw nerve of mine so of course i would like to help

I would like to find him so i can see my half brothers and sisters but my step dad was there my whole life and he gets jelous? what should i do? i also should find out his medical and family background because we are a very ill family. if someone can please tell me what i could do to contact him if i do decide to. his name is Michael Janeke, if that is the correct spelling. that is the problem i dont know if it is the right spelling, i think it is though and i believe he was last in Michigan. sorry im rambling but it is a very confusing subject any answers will help thank you.
