your son/daughter's father-in-law is ur brother and
your son/daughter's mother-in-law is ur sister-in-law

logically speaking
a married man calls his mother-in-law as aunty .
any lady who is called as an aunty should be the sister of someone who has a child(married man)

call them by any name except the bad ones!Jokes apart, depending on the age difference between you and them, you can either address them by their names or by appropriate social usages of your society.
