Where are you? Depending on where you live, sex between first cousins may be illegal, frowned upon, or perfectly legal and nothing to worry about. It's quite legal and not at all uncommon in most European countries, and in the US about half the states allow it. (For example, it's illegal in Pennsylvania, but legal in New Jersey, New York and all the New England states, with the sole exception of New Hampshire. Go figure.)
So if you've been taught it's bad to have sexual feelings for your cousin, bear in mind it's no more than a geographical quirk. If you'd been born somewhere different - maybe only fifty miles away - you could marry her with the full consent of all your smiling relatives.

As long as you stopped,don't feel bad. It happens more than you realize. Don't kick yourself. Just be glad you didn't do anything. It is ok to hug your cousin or even give him(or her) a Friendly kiss on the cheek. I had some real cute cousins when I was a teen myself. But I knew it was wrong to have any sexual feelings towards them. So I didn't. You will get through this friend,just be good family and love each other in a Healthy Family Way and NO MORE. God Bless.

You need to realise that if you are close to a family member then certain feelings MAY arise. The point is that you know it wasnt necessarily the right thing to do and have both decided not to mention it again.
As long as you are both 'ok' with it you should just forget it and move on ... you havent done anything illegal or particularly immoral so dont worry about it else it could damage your relationship with that person and worry you unnecessarily.

Know what you mean try actually having a total crush on ur cousin and end up falling asleep next to each other and find out ur parents walk in and that the two of you well he was actually holding me. now that's bad.
But i understnad, maybe you should write it down and wrip it up and toss it away.
It has taken me some time to get over mine ad the only thing stopping my guilt is my love for my BF this happend B4 i was Dating him but i do understand you.

it was a mistake and you need to understand that. its like walking in on some one in the bathroom. i know that you have done it before to some one in your family, and you just brushed it off. so just look at this like that. don't stress it too much.
