Thirteen years of age is more than old enough to make an effort to present a question coherently. If you expect people to take the time to provide thoughtful answers to your questions, then show enough respect for them to at least use periods in your sentences, stop substituting numbers for words, and clarify what you are asking. If you want people to behave in a mature way in their dealings with you, then be mature yourself.
