Why do people give birth to kids but don't take care of them?

I mean they just leave their kids to roam the streets and when they get lost that's when they care are they human or what

I think the main reason is that the process whereby kids are made is more rapidly gratifying than the process of taking care of kids.

If all kids could choose there parents I'm shore they would all want to live with someone Else. But these day parents are only having kids for the money which is sad they think of kids like puppy's there are cute and little and then they grow up and should be able to take care of themselves which is very sad to hate seeing kids walking the streets but what i hate more is seeing kids with kids walking the streets it breaks my heart.Kids are a long tea rm and need unconditional love and care no madder how old they need to be told they are loved and need to know they have a home to go to its sad when you can see they don't and there is nothing you can do. But if you have kids tell them every day how much you love them and that they always will have a home to go to and someone to listen to them and maby we can just help a few by saving our Owen kids and teaching them so when they get older they can Tell there kids.

There are good parents in the world as well as bad parents. But sometimes parents are busy working and as such have no time to look after their kids, being a parent is not easy, you've got thousands of things to worry about (eg: Bills, taxes, the boss, stock market, oil prices, politicial issues etc..) the last thing they want to worry about is their kid roaming in the streets, but as soon as their child gets lost, their #1 priority shifts to the safety of their child. They are human, but like Humans we make mistakes.

I hear you on that one!
Here in Australia, our government gives $4000 to each family when they have a baby. I also think it has alot to do with the fact that some parents are to self indulged & selfish to care for their kids.
I asked an 11 year old boy one time who was roaming the streets at some stupid hour in the morning why he was out & wouldnt his parents worry, his response was that his mother wouldnt know he was out because she was passed out on the floor after drinking all day. he never knew his father.
its very disheartening, especially knowing that these kids are our future adults.

well lets see, they tend to be neglectful about themselves with a low self esteem and then they have a child who begins to be a burden on them, so they then know that there are safety nets in place by the governments to take charge of the offspring at consequence the parent or financial responsiblity.
But what ends up happening is the child is abandoned or worst traded away for drugs or sex or what ever and then left to grow on its own.

kids love the birthday to celebrate only, and the wife love it to be happy when her husband make surprises for her, this also same for friends, so … when no husband like this and no wife like this and no friends like this … the only thing remain the kids!

I have no idea!!!! I never understood why one needs a license for almost anything, but when it comes to parenting, any lousy evil idiot need no permission!

because not everyone is meant to have kids. just because the have the parts, doesn't mean that they should reproduce.
