A bachelor has options of staying as bachelor or get married. A married man has no option. He is screwed up for life.

the only difference between married man and a bachelor is that married man have this "significant other" whom we all call wife which the bachelor man does not have.

A bachelor is a man without a wife a.k.a. eligible bachelor's from tv shows and all these super good-looking (i swear they have to be gay) guys come out and the girls all go nuts cause their single!
a married man you wouldn't even find anywhere near that show, cause he isn't single, and you can be sure girls aren't going to be jumping over them in joy (unless it's their wife)
