I work with a guy and we call each other everyday, sometimes, its work related sometimes not. I do have feelings for him, but i consider him as friend. A friend who i confide in, he gives me good advice and also helps me alot at work. He is married and so do I. We have a special relationship. I want to buy him a present to show him how much I care. What should i get him?

Me and my friends are planning to form a band but my parents won't let me join them because I am the only girl in the band. They are that strict. Their point is that it doesn't look good seeing a girl surrounded by boys. They always make me stay away from boys. I am an only child.

Being the vocalist of a band is one of my biggest dreams. Any idea on how I can convince them?

It's not what you think. He found out that he had kids as well. A five year old and a ten year old, from two different women. He only found out because he was being sued for child support. By the way, he was 26 years old.

I stuck with him for about a year, waiting for him to do something about it. Either go to court and get a DNA sample or attempt to meet the kids or... something. Anything. But he sat around and did nothing. I had to call a lawyer for him. Finally, I woke up and just couldn't believe that he didn't know he had two children, so I broke it off.

One of my friends was giving me problems over this, saying that it wasn't his fault. Was I in the wrong? We had been together for two years.

We finally set the date and I am trying to figure out a good color. I originally wanted to get married in December or January but decided that was too close to Christmas and anyway my idea for snowflakes and a shiny blue don't seem to be fitting for a March wedding. real real short shorts & dresses, I think she about in her 30's.

Someone told her that she looks extremely nice in those real short clothes, but she doesnt know that they'r laughing at her behind her back. Saying really nasty things about her. But to her face they said, "oh you look like Beyonce or Chaka Khan", and she is believe these MEN.

this guy was head over heels for the gurl!!!! she broke up with him to go out with another guy then he found out from SOME ELSE that she cheated on him while they were together!!!!! What, to you, is The Girl Next Door? What are her characterstics? Is she the girl you're *willing* to date although you *want* other types?

I might be this type. I am white (not exotic-looking). Am friendly, but not highly sexual. Age 23. Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies: Biology and Outdoor Recreation. Not trying to sound vain, but I'm happy with my looks and grateful for my body. 24 inch waist. I have a pretty but serious face (even though I'm actually prone to silliness). Long, wavy (sometimes straight) brown hair. From Appalachian Mountains so am *not* the type you'll ever see walking into a club with a $500 purse, strategic makeup, and expensive clothes.

PS--Guys commonly like me. But I sometimes don't know if its in a "you'll do" kind of way or a "Wow. She's great!" way.

APS--I understand that people don't actually form strict "types", but these *general* categories can help us imagine a persons' charactertics by helping us compare them to people we know.

okay, here the deal. I met him through my friend Danielle. and we randomly started talking on AIM. As soon as we started talking we both started to like each other. We both tell Danielle and we started off good. Then it just went downhill from there. I ask him to meet me at my locker in school, well he has never done that. Ive only seen him a few times in school and all he saids his HI and smiles. I keep thinking that he doesnt like me anymore because we harley talk on AIM because he never on. Whenever i txt him he might reply with a hi, but will stop replying or wont reply after the first msg and I know he has read it because it tells me he has read it. Also, ive asked him to call me and he always saids he will, but never does and tells me "he forgot". So i thought he didnt like me anymore, but then i had Danielle ask him if he did and he said he still did. IS HE JUST ANNOYED BY ME? or is he lieing to danielle? PLEASE HELP!

this will be my reception card wording as it's in the same location as the ceremony "Reception immediately following the ceremony" i have a very detailed website on wedding channel that nobody noticed printed on my save the date magnets. i'd like to add an insert saying "for additional information please visit our website at www. blahblahblah". should i print that right on the reception card or do another little insert?

My husband and I separated. For 5 years he had treated me like dirt, cheating and being physically abusive. we have a toddler. We have separated permanently now. At the beginning his family were really great and supportive etc but as things got worse he started feeding them a pack of lies about me and trying to take the blame away from himself about the break up. They are good people and I dont know how a rat like my husband came from such a nice family but now I do not know how to deal with them. He is always telling lies about me (I hear snippets back) and I do not want to continue the he-said-she-said game any longer and I do not give my version or defend myself anymore.

I want to know how I can maintain a sort of relationship for the sake of our child as I want her to know both sets of aunts, uncles, cousins and grandparents.
