eh-eh...I'm 13 and I'm up til 10pm on school days, 11pm on thursdays when a show comes on...Fridays and Saturdays I once stayed up all night until 11am next day and my dad found it amusing. They don't care on weekends apart from sunday, in which case it's 10pm again.

10 PM seems appropriate for your age. I am a mother of a 9 yr old and when she was younger, her bedtime was 7:30, and then at about 7 yrs, I moved it to 8:30 and now her bed time is 9 PM. I take into account how much homework she has, and then dinner after that, and then some time to do what she wants before showering and bedtime. I think at 14, depending on how much homework you have, 10 PM is appropriate, 10:30 at the absolute latest when you have to be up for school in the morning. Just keep in mind, your body is still growing and needs that rest period.

7:30pm because I need the house quiet so I can get some sleep too and I don't need to hear all of that bumping around! (I'm kidding) As long as your grades are good, maybe 10pm (assuming your morning rituals don't require you to be up even earlier than normal to accomodate transportation concerns). Why? What time do your parents make you go to bed?
