i like this guy hes so cute and we have never talked before but i ive seen him looking at me in that flirty way and i wanna break the ice so i can at least talk to him i onley see him at school and hes not in any of my classes i see him all the time inbetween classes HELP ME!!

easy. ask for the time or some silly question like 'how do i get to so and so'. then make a joke or comment on something. I always find saying 'im sorry, i dont think ive spoken to you before... my name is...'
its nice and informal. just make sure you set up a conversation that you can start up later. e.g. as for directions, introduce yourself, then say 'sorry got to rush... got a meeting/hockey match etc'. then next time you see him say thanks for the directions, saved me being late.
then hopefully start up a conversation. ensure you remember his name and always address him with his name.
you will be an item in no time. good luck

Say "Hi" with a smile on .......walk on .....and , then just look back to eye his eye-movement and just smile (a naughty one .....but, sweet ".This will be fine enough to make sure that he gets closer to you and then .....go on .....etc.Keep repeating the same every time you see him anywhere......
