You pick whatever colour you want and don't worry about the season, it doesn't matter. Blue will be beautiful, especially periwinkle blue or lilac denoting the first flowers of spring, like crocuses and lilacs.

Ice Blue and silver will look nice. March is still consider winter. You can still have a winter theme, but just not snowflakes.
Try pastel colors: Pinks, Yellows, Greens (celedon). My favorite flowers for the month of March are Pennies. They're just gorgeous! Or even over sized roses.

I'm getting married this March and our color is Periwinkle. If you like blue stick with it but not a dark blue or shiny. Spring colors are also a great way to go!

If blue is your favorite color of choice...stick with blue! Just change the theme and leave out the snowflakes! Maybe you can use a Spring notion now such as butterflys!! Change to a more softer shade of blue instead of the shiny one! You can still do blue and you can use metallics any time of the year! You can do a soft blue, white or cream and with a touch of silver and crystal in your decor for added glitz and bling to your decorations! Your bridesmaids dresses could be blue with white or cream accents; sashes, bows or a wrap, and have them use silver or clear shoes. Use a crystal hair brooch that reflects blue in the gems!
If you really want to change the color then stick to a soft pallate of colors such as pink, peach, sage green, yellow or lilac and have it accented with cream. Really any soft color will work in spring, you can even combine it with another brighter shade of the same color! Such as soft pink with a dusty rose pink etc. But if blue is your color....then let it be blue....just think Spring Blue......Good Luck!

I'm getting married in March. My colors are celadon and ivory with eggplant accents. I planned most of my wedding by using ideas on The Knot.
Good luck!

For an early spring wedding, I would prefer soft pastel colors.

I would say a good color for a march wedding is like a light orangeis yellow - march is kindof warm so orangish yellow reminds me of the sun and warmth and also kindof happiness -
