on christmas eve i recieved a gift that i have already and my cousin asked me to trade for the box and i open it and nothing was in it and i was upset is that cheating?

i've been soooooo sick for the past three days im talking to the point where im in bed all night and all day, i cant eat aything my taste budds are gone, i cant smell , i have a very high fever im takin medication and soup nothing is helping....i just wanna die .....what can i do to feel better for new years eve?? p.s i lost my voice too

I think I like this guy, and we can talk a joke around when we're with a group, but if we hang out alone, i can't think of anything to say, and he's quiet, so it gets silent and awkward fast. any tips?

I have full custody, and I split because I was hit with a rock (that is the spite part) the relationship was kinda rockey itself, I almost make enough to pay all of the bills if i cut out the fast food and fun. Daycare is expensive and when I asked the "donor" to contribute, I was told a hard luck story. I feel rather ashamed to have to go to court and ask that the Order to pay be enforced. Please help and please no guy or girl bashing we all have good spirits even though the skin is a little bad sometimes.

I hate that and I'm sick and tired of it of them saying that. That's like saying you won't get to enjoy foreplay and sex there whether you like it or not. If you can't enjoy doing the same stuff there like here, then something's missing.

I bet that "Heaven better than sex" is just to try to make people feel better who don't get much action. I would hate to think people will be deprived of it there. And there's also "foreplay". If I can't have foreplay and sex in Heaven like here on Earth, then I will consider Heaven a fate worse than death.


If they can't do it in the afterlife, then let them enjoy it now while still can so this way, they will always know they at least did it once.

I've was married only 2 yrs. Within that two years he and I have a son and both of us have children from previous relationships. Exactly a wk after our son turned one he drops a bomb on me saying that he wants out of the relationship. A week later I notice strange behaviors in him that all read CHEATING. Then I started to find evidence to support my theory. Then I got a call for a job in another state in which I accepted and moved my family, excluding him. He never sent any child support for our son and basically blamed me for the failed marriage. Til this day I don't know what the hell I did. All I ever asked for was for love and a partner for life. Anyways, he moved here 3 months ago and is living with his brother. He came here to so call work things out but I notice that he is doing the same thing he did back in the other state in which he is constangly texting someone who he claims is his niece plus he is always on the computer at his brother supposedly surfing the net.

I'm pregnant, will that delay my divorce? Can I still file? What would be the grounds he could take my children away from me? During a divorce will they bring in his family to testify?

He works 70+ hours a week but I know for a fact if I leave him he will try to take my kids that is the only way he knows how to hurt me. His family will be there to back him up and say anything for him. He is a "minister" but cusses me and my children out. I applied for a low income apartment since I don't have a job right now so I will have a roof over their head, I receive food stamps now so they will just go up, and I have a vehicle to get them to dr appointment, school, etc. I'm scared but I'm not happy and tired of putting up with his crap.

im the middle of 3 boys im 16 and my bro is 26 my mom died when i was 3 and my dad is in the marines. well last night i said i was sleeping over at someones house in my city when really i was in a town 30 minutes awy somehow he found this out and told me to come home. not expecting this and totally wasted my friend drove me and my car home. i went upstairs and he came in and was yelling at me not thinking clealy i go f u ben **** you at this he left me alone and this morning he came in and me not wanting to deal with him yelling at me again i say whatever and tell him to goto hell(not good) he yells at me somemore and and then i guess i rolled my eyes then he takes his belt of and hits me i dont even know how many times. Do you think i should have been punished for a "1st offense" as he calls it? and how do i tell my dad.

My wife and I of over 16 years , have been going to counseling.
She says it was a build up over the years and now has developed a hatred to me. We have 2 young sons ( 9& 13) and she says "they'll be okay" , ( they may be or not ), I can not bear the thought of not being with them
I have done everything to try to make things better , but she can not live like this! She says she is tired of being mean to me , I told her she does not have to be , she says she can't help it. She does not want to go in the same car to councelling , she does not really want to go , cause she will cry the whole time. She does love the kids , but not me . I have several questions here but mostly confused , and advice is appreciated , additionally if we do get divorced , there will be only debt , and probably no more decent house for our boys , why can't she change her mind ?
I have never cheated , always provided , and never abused her.

My brother is not in the wedding party. So,what should he be wearing to a formal wedding? Will a tuxedo be to much? My dad wanted to rent one for him at after hours where all the other guys are getting theres. Is there a way to may a tuxedo look a little more casual? k I think my ex gots a cell number now he didn’t use to have becuase he was deployed etc..but I think he has been drunk calling me in the middle of the nite and I texted that number asking "who is this" and get replied "why do you want to know who this is"...I texted back I want to know who is brothering me at 3am what are the odds that its a call from the area code on x-mas...(I live on a whole different region from that area code) I think hes drunk calling me and I always get various unknown calls and emails from him just sayin I hope u r doing ok but not for the past 3 weeks ...I miss him and I am in love with him but he has some issues to solve before he decides to be w/ me which I tried helping him solve before with but he doesnt do wat he says he is going do and I cant help him no more. I want to know if its him, without sounding so persistent if its him or not. So, should ask him if its him or not?
