Bridesmaids (in whatever order you choose)

Bridesmaids and groomsmen by 2s
Flowergirl and ring bearer
Parents of the Bride
Parents of the Groom

groomsman (alternating boy/girl)
Dont include the kids in the recieving line, thats asking for trouble, let them go off with their parents.

If the groom and the groomsmen are going to be waiting at the front of the church, then the bridesmaids walk up the aisle in reverse order, then the MOH, then the ring bearer, and flower girl before the bride's entrance.

Flower girl, ring barrier, then bridesmaid escorted by a guy, bridesmaid escorted, maid of honor (best man should be standing next to the groom at the alter), bride and father.
