on christmas eve i recieved a gift that i have already and my cousin asked me to trade for the box and i open it and nothing was in it and i was upset is that cheating?

No, it's not cheating, you should have asked what was IN the box before you agreed to trade a gift.

"LOL"" yes' it is. try doing the same thing on him, to get back at him. but put something in your box. like a bunch of rocks or dirt in a sack, tie the end and put it into the box. this way he will know he is getting something, but does not know what. he will shack the box and notice it does have something in it. then tell him for what he took, you will trade him back for. maybe that will work. if not hand the box to him anyway, and get your toy. I was wandering, how old you are? and should you tell your parents to correct something such as this?

Well, I think so. Of course, he could say you agreed to it. I would speak with your parents and his parents. Not fair!
