k I think my ex gots a cell number now he didn’t use to have becuase he was deployed etc..but I think he has been drunk calling me in the middle of the nite and I texted that number asking "who is this" and get replied "why do you want to know who this is"...I texted back I want to know who is brothering me at 3am what are the odds that its a call from the area code on x-mas...(I live on a whole different region from that area code) I think hes drunk calling me and I always get various unknown calls and emails from him just sayin I hope u r doing ok but not for the past 3 weeks ...I miss him and I am in love with him but he has some issues to solve before he decides to be w/ me which I tried helping him solve before with but he doesnt do wat he says he is going do and I cant help him no more. I want to know if its him, without sounding so persistent if its him or not. So, should ask him if its him or not?

I would say that you should drop it. First of all, why would you wnat to be having contact with people who are calling you when they are drunk? Nothing meaningful can be accomplished when one party is drunk and the other half-asleep. And wtf is this with cell phones, that just because someone contacts a person, that everyone feels like they have to call back, so ppl can't even get a wrong number without making a federal casae out of it? Honey, he has to work out whatever issues he has on his own - you cannot, and should not help him, because it is just going to either delay or interfere with the results. First of all - your phone have an 'off' switch? Turn it off at night. DO NOT respond to any unrecognized texts or emails. It is not helping your case. Or his. Anyway, if he is deployed he's got a whole lot more to think about than your feelings, so just back off.
