I want to go see Larry the Cable guy in Feb and told my boyfriend. I asked him to go with me but he said its stupid and refuses to go. He says I shouldnt go beacuse he isnt going. Is this a control thing or something else. Would you go? If it was him and I asked him not to go he wouldnt but the thing is I wouldnt ask him not to do something he really wants to do. We're on the verge of ending our 2 year relationship over this. If I do give in isnt it going to just be something else next? And how do I tell my parents and everyone that I dont want to go because of him even. I'm only 17 right now. What would you do or what have you done?

Yes, he started it and yes he was a little bit tipsy...we ended up making out for a long time in his bed. I didn't know he was gay at the time, but found out later. Now, he's ignoring me. I know that he liked what happened while it lasted, but maybe he feels awkward now? Do you think that gay guys can ever turn straight, or are they always going to be gay?

I'm I crazy? Everyone keeps asking WHY? Are you pregnant?? And no, I'm not, I just want to commit my love to the guy I love with all my heart. I don't ever want to be with ANY one else and he feels the same way. We've been living together for almost a year now, things get rough, but we always make our way through it and we do it together. So basically I guess what my question is, has anyone married this young for reasons similar to mine with no baby or pregnancy in the mix and everything worked out awesome for you? (By the way i ask about the no baby part because i find that most people who married only because of the kids would not have married if it were not for the kids...) Ok, thats all. Thanks!

Ok well I dont know much about marriage but I have noticed that when people mention it they often say "well you know how marriages are" even though they truly love their spouse. What type of problems can they be facing? I can think of a few things that would be problems for me but I'm not exactly sure. So i have been with my boyfriend for almost a year now, and I am completely in love. I have never felt this way or have cared about someone so much in my entire life!!!!! We are going to move in together at the end of this coming may. But i am starting to have doubts. See...about five months ago, my boyfriend became kinda depressed...well actually very depressed, and he started yelling at me, which he had never done before. I took it as he was just taking his stress out on me, and i just let him yell at me, then a few weeks later he was over it. Then about three months ago he starts yelling at me, only this time saying such hurtful things like he hates me,and things i can't talk about, etc. Sometimes he scares me really bad when he yells becasue he hits and breaks things or throws things around me. Once, he even said he was afraid he would hurt me, because he can't really control himself when he gets so angry. Even though he has never hit me, is this still abuse??

If I am asking my girlfriend to marry me is it best to buy a nice but cheap ring so if she says 'yes' she can then buy one of her choice or do I go straight out and buy an expensive ring that I like? I think it is best to give her the choice but would like your thoughts.

I have been dating a wonderful woman for 2 years now. Both she and I have been married once before. However, for 3 years now I have been trying to conclude my community property settlement with my ex-wife through her attorney and mine.

We're not talking about alot of money or assets just my ex and the lawyers not making this a priority.

I know I want to marry my girlfriend of 2 years and she wants to marry as well. However, I don't know if it's fair to her, for me to ask her to marry me, while I'm still trying to settle the community property with my ex. Everything else has been settled.

Should I continue to wait it out and push for the property settlement or should I do what I know she and I both want and ask her to marry me?

Help! My mom makes everthing bad even when it is a postive thing. She is so hateful, and says such hateful words even when we try to say something postive she makes it seem so wronge. I need a change in my life but she is the only one that i trust with my kids I have no help from the dad and have no one easl to live my children with that will take care of them, but yet I feel like she is hurting them, cause she says her hateful words around them were they hear can anyone help me?

Needless to say, the relationship I have with my son’s mother has strained me and my new family to the point where I cannot handle it. She is a hypocritical black supremacist and hypocritical Pentecostal Christian who does not preach what she follows.

If I sever my parental rights, could she or the state come after me for child support? If I sever my rights, does that mean I have to pay but can’t see my son?

I signed his Birth Certificate but she moved to another state and I hardly see him but me and my family pay support though the state or her never officially demanded it. In forms of Money Orders and such but what are my options?
