kids at all thank god. when we were together it seemed like to me she didn't want to discipline her kids, spend time with her kids, or raise them. her mother raised her kids. i did my share & helped out but the kids wouldn't listen to me they would hit me & they never had a real bedtime. i told her of this & she said that they don't need a bedtime on the weekends. that's bs!! they need rules they're young. she would text other guys & say "they are just friends". the kids father is never around & when he is they both argue in front of the kids. they even told the kids infront of them that they never wanted to be apart of their lives & that they feel miserable with them around. that's awful.!! i left because i couldn't take it no more. it was took much. i swore that i would never date another girl w/ kids. i'm living w/ family now working 2 jobs getting my own place in another month. life is great!!! no stress. yesterday i get a call from my ex gf saying she's changed & wants me back.

I am the maid of honor for my friend's wedding. I was planning on hosting one of her 3 showers (3!). One of the other bridesmaids has recently started to change my plans for the shower and take over planning. She decided it should be a couples shower for 20 couples, should be held at her house, and should have a casino, "lucky in love" theme. While this could be a fun shower, it is not the shower that I would ever choose to give. I am single and don't exactly want to be the only single person at this couples shower where we all celebrate how lucky in love everybody but me seems to be. And I'd rather not let the other bridesmaid have it at her house, because then she really is the host, and if I do all the work she will still get all the credit.

Am I being silly? Should I just let the other bridesmaid take over? I don't want to have a fight with her, and I don't want to add to the bride's stress by having two fighting bridesmaids.

i am 14 and i am trying to grow my hair and my parents are divorced i see my dad every wednesday and every other weekend my mom and her family are cool with it and my dad hates the idea he says i have 2 sons not a daughter and a son my older brother is 16 and everyone loves him and he has a clean hair cut my brother backs me up on this i grew my hair a year ago and my dad used to tease me but i just ignored it how can i convince him he is a strong christian man every time my brother goes to the barber he say ur up next but i say i dont want a hair cut he gives me a bunch of crap and we go home how can i CONVNICE him

I sent an email to my son to let him know that my father his grandfather may be dying. He has been very sick for over 2 years, and he has had several times of getting worse. I emailed to my daughter-in-Laws email address and I got an email back form some woman I have never heard of telling me to correct my address book and to tell my family and friends to correct theirs! Because she has been recieving emails from us. I headed the letter Grandpa not doing good. I guess she didn't read the letter but maybe she is just hateful and rude. A month ago if one of us were to leave out the 2 numbers following the email address (daughter-in-Laws) it would have come back. Anyway I replied to this Lady who has the same emaill address as my daughter-in-Law and said I was sorry and I fixed the address book. She email back and said stop emailing me! Do you think she read that email? My heart is breaking over my 90 year old Father illiness in the first place and now this Lady was so rude

I realize I don't have history with them and it may take years for things to settle in and know what role I will play in their lives and for them to trust me...but I'd appreciate thoughts about how to proceed until then, e.g. wanting to get to know them better, giving advice, correcting their children's behavior, etc.

a little help decoding this please... the girl that i like recently posted something on her blog about other people (i.e.: how they met, what is their relationship, first impressions, etc.), and she made a blog entry on that about me. now, there were a couple of things there that really made me think (hard. T_T). One was when she was asked "What was the most memorable thing that he has done for you?". her answer was the time when i talked to her and told her why i love her so much that i was willing to wait for her, no matter what (hey. i'm in high school. i don't want to lose this.). The second thing is her answer to this question: "Have you tried developing feelings for him?" she said "no... for now." please help... what could her words possibly mean? thanks for answering, and God bless! :D

I have been wanting another child (we have a 5 yr old daughter) for over 2 years. Hubby said he wasn't ready, but didn't give any real reason. 2 days ago I said I needed a reason for his reluctance as this has been an ongoing issue. He finally (after me asking what the deal is for all this time) said he isn't sure if he is still in love with me. He said he does love me and always will but doesn't know if he is in love with me. Said he doesn't want to have another child and end up leaving. I am totally shocked. We have had small issues but we really get along great. We love being together, love our daughter and I thought loved our life together. He said he is confused and doesn't know if he really isn't in love any more or not. We haven't had sex in about 4 months which isn't normal for us and I KNOW he isn't having an affair. My best friend thinks I should just end it but since that talk we have been fine and he is being super nice and loving. What the heck? Should I leave?

ok guys lets say your on a first date and it comes up in casual conversation that she believes shes a lil princess and the man should pay for every date , the meal, the movies, the popcorn, the lil princes thinks shes doing you a favor by being there with you are you

A) the type of guy to show her the door and tell her good luck in life
or
B) the sucker who NEEDS a girl so he will put up with that and dish out alll his money on a first and second date in hopes that this girl will even like him

now im not sayin i wont pay for anything i will gladly pay for my fair share, im talking first 2nd date when u dont even know the person when you finding out if the person is even WORTH spending money on.

My boyfriend and I have been together for 14 months. He's 22 and I'm 21. We spend so much time together, we trust each other, we are loyal to each other, and above all, we communicate with one another. We are not intimate with one another, because im waiting for marriage, which he's okay with.

The problem is, he plans to move 2 hours away to another city to get a better job. We haven't been away from each other ever since we started dating. (I live at home w/my mom, and he lives w/his parents.) I don't know how to take this.. It's just hard for me.. He wants my blessing, but I don't want him to live.. He made up his mind.. he is leaving. Please help, any idea how I can handle him leaving to another city? Do long distance relationship workout?

I was engage for 2 years now. And I still haven’t met my fiancés parents been with this guy for about 3 years.
From the first moment we met I knew he was the one and I was just so happy cause he is a great guy but we have a big issue it feels that I am living my life by his steps.
I am so ready to start a family and he just doesn’t want to. Yesterday he told me that one of the reasons he doesn’t want a bb is cause he is not sure about us then why does he want to marry me?
I been crying forever about the baby situation and I can’t do this no more.... I am moving out today. He says that he will be ready to have a child but to be honest I don’t think so ... I am 25 will be 26 in April and want to be a young mom. I offered my life to this man but that’s how it is.
